Had my car booked in for a service.Great customer service, very friendly and helpful.

In the 15 years that I have been dealing with Sytner Oldbury i have always felt I was treated fairly and never precialised.

Tom was great in dealing with the faults with the car. He managed to get the car fixed for me and solve any issues out

My car was booked in for a recall. Parts were not ordered and had to wait a further 2 days for repair. Trying to speak to someone at Sytner is very difficult. On 3 occasions they hung up when calling. However the biggest fault with this dealership is constant up selling. I wanted my car fixed not a new car, fluid checks or battery checks.

I booked my car in for an MOT, brake fluid change and recall.

Although there is a Sytner garage within 7mins drive from me, I originally purchased my vehicle from the Oldbury branch and was very impressed with the service so I booked my service and MOT here despite the extra 45min drive.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left, the level of service was excellent. I asked if I could wait for my vehicle and was offered a desk to work from. All staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. I and others in the branch were regularly offered drinks and the occasional biscuit which was a nice touch.

It was just a great experience considering I spent circa 6 hours, which I was made aware right from the start it would be an all day booking, at no point did I feel uncomfortable or fatigued. Great branch, lovely staff members (particularly one of the women on the main reception desk who walks quicker than I can run). The fact they are also competitively priced against other Sytner showrooms/garages is a bonus.

The customer service was world class especially from Luke Massey who continued to go above and beyond during the whole experience.
Everyone we had the pleasure to deal with made us feel like an extremely valued customer.
It was the overwhelming knowledge of products and outstanding customer service we received that prompted us to continue our business with Oldbury rather than our 3 local dealerships that we also visited.
From a customer’s point of view, Luke is an absolute credit to the business and exceeded all our expectations, which when dealing with a high end brand like BMW, is already set at quite a high benchmark.

I took my mini in for an EGR recall & was over the moon with work carried out ,they went beyond what I expected & even replaced my damaged airbox free. They gave my mini a good clean also & it now drives better than ever . I had a good look around the showroom & the staff were most helpful & friendly. Without any pressure to buy a new mini I enjoyed my visit.

I came to BMW Oldbury after a series of terrible experiences with other dealerships. I had previously bought a car and only 4 days after the purchase the car had serious faults and I was left stranded. A car is essential for my work and I was unsure of what to do until I stumbled into BMW oldbury where I was met by Louis Zwane who’s customer service skills were exceptional alongside Louis, Chris Pugh who went above and beyond to do everything they could to get me into the perfect car and as quickly as possible. I had to do all the work in finding the car with other dealerships whilst juggling work however with Chris and Louis it felt like everything was taken care of and I was in safe hands. They were both incredible, I work in sales myself and I was truly impressed by how professional they were and how understanding of my situation. I couldn’t recommend them more!
