Great experience
We had such a great experience. We had never bought a car before so were overwhelmed by the process on paper, but everyone at Sytner made it so easy for us. Azher and Chaylee took us through every step of the process and we know we are getting a great car.

I would like to take a moment to provide extremely positive feedback regarding Chaynee, whose support and professionalism were truly exceptional.
From the very beginning, Chaynee demonstrated an outstanding level of commitment, patience, and understanding. What initially should have been a simple and straightforward process turned into a highly stressful situation due to unexpected complications beyond her control. Despite this, Chaynee remained calm, focused, and incredibly professional at all times.
When I was feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and close to giving up, Chaynee stepped up and handled the situation with remarkable composure and determination. Her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customer made an enormous difference. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure that everything was resolved successfully.
Chaynee’s empathy, clear communication, and proactive approach turned a very difficult experience into a positive and memorable one. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, I was able to complete the purchase with confidence and leave in my new car feeling reassured and satisfied.

I always enjoy getting my car either serviced or a mot at synter the staff are so friendly and helpful and you get to enjoy free WiFi and coffee which is bonus and if your car fails they explain everything in detail

Sytner Swindon - Great service provided
Went to Sytner Swindon, and was warmly greeted by staff. Hasan was the sales person that dealt with me and I couldn’t have been happier with the service he provided. Very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciate his approach.
Nathan dealt with the finance part of the process and again he was fantastic! Couldn’t fault him.
Overall great experience and would recommend them for a smooth, non pressurising and accustomed experience.

New 2nd Hand Car
Just bought a car from synter and it was a straight forward process with no hard sell. Nice selection of cars, all under a roof. Like to thank Nathan Rimmer, Jay Lancaster and Micheal for looking after us.

Friendly staff
I was able to trade in my car and walk out with my new car in under 4 hours. I was met by friendly staff who answered all my queries and explained all functions/payment options in full detail. Thank you to Pat and Harry who assisted me in my purchase today.
