Excellent 5 star customer service from Synter, Sheffield.
The team ethos is brilliant, everyone you deal with and speak to gives you the same positive team attitude, professional yet very friendly.
Many thanks to the service team members who looked after my booking:-
- Scott Walker, for facilitating the job requirements from the originating advisory at last years service.
- Dale, technician, for carrying out the necessary repair; also for the very clear and informative health video and related monitoring advice.
- Lisa Blythe, for coordinating with the workshop, keeping me informed on the ongoing job status and promptly returning the car with the completed admin.
Sytner Sheffield is my go to BMW servicing centre and I recommend them completely.

This was our first time that we have purchased a car through Sytner and our first BMW. Our experience was great, Richard Cooper was very professional and gave us plenty of space to decide which model of car to buy.
He even replied to my emails whilst he was on annual leave.

Amazing service as usual from BMW Sheffield - second to none. Lewis in servicing was outstanding. Car was in for routine service and it was highlighted that a part may or could fail so he got this changed at no cost - going the extra mile is really appreciated. Excellent service from Chaneice Allen
I received excellent service from Chaneice Allen last year when I bought my new car. From start to finish she was patient, understanding and genuine. Really pleased with the car and the service received, she even checked in 12 months later to see how things were. Hence leaving a review so late after. (Ask for Chaneice).

Impeccable customer care and service at Sytner, Sheffield
I was delighted with the results of the MOT especially the video which showed if there was any work to be done and some options for this to be completed.
My car passed the MOT after a few adjustments and great aftercare.

As you expect from a main dealer
As you expect from a main dealer, work completed to a good standard as far as I can tell. Review of vehicle condition very thorough and helpful. Complimentary wash etc, thanks for that. I received a good service but fitting costs were high, nearly £200 to fit a light blister on top of the cost for the part itself seems excessive for what was described by the garage themselves as a quick and simple job. The what’s app communication doesn’t work and nobody responds even though the service is offered on all communications and it was difficult to get through to the dealership on the phone. It would have been 5 stars if not for that. I found the staff to be polite, helpful and courteous when in branch, a real strength.
