Great Service in a Great location with products to match
An all round great experience as Oliver listened to our needs and requirements and did not try to point us in any other direction but the one we desired after our previous experience of the product and our online research. Highly recommended. The hand over experience of the turntable etc which was not working on the day of our very first new dealership purchase was a little dissapointing though particularly considering the dealerships huge investment.

Whole experience was great, car had a a couple of scratches when delivered but Sytner resolved it very quickly. All in all really positive, the sales team at Sheffield are brilliant.

Outstanding service
I just wanted to say thank you to Paul Cannon who arrange for the mini I chose to be brought from Nottingham. I'm so happy with my car and Paul helped set up everything including the satnav and phone, and I never felt rushed even when asking loads of questions. Absolutely loving driving my new mini, thanks again for a great service.

This time the car was significantly delay (6 months) which was out of Sytners control, they kept me updated on the anticipated delivery time and despite changing market conditions honoured my agreement.

Purchased a BMW from Sytner Sheffield
Purchased a BMW from Sytner Sheffield. The sale went very smoothly and the service at this point was good. Unfortunately this is where things took a decline. The car had some marks on the bodywork which required attention. I was promised by the body shop that these would be done at the earliest opportunity. Several weeks of chasing , the car eventually went in. The workmanship was terrible and the paint job had runs in it. They also missed some of the marks which required remedial work. Months passed and I continued to chase up the outstanding work. This has still not been completed. Despite me receiving a general follow up call asking me if I was satisfied with my recent purchase ! I paid over the odds for the car as I had expected an exceptional service from a main dealer. I would never buy a car from Sytner again. The customer service in my experience has been appalling. What would have taken no more than a day to resolve has been left to drag on for months. I suspect if I were to trade my car back in to Sytner they would be knocking money off for the marks on the bodywork !!!! Which they never rectified in the first place.

Whilst I had to go to Scotland today the other half booked in to test drive and buy a demonstrator , not content with taking the full asking price off her they managed to stiff her with a free paintwork protector IF she bought over £600 worth of gap insurance ( which they really recommend as basically the cars are over full retail at the moment and insurance company’s won’t pay out these amounts ) .Advice there are lots of mini dealerships out there DO not send your wife alone to these Charlatons .#royaltyshafted
