Unfinished work.
Recently had some engine work done, but they had left pipe clips loose and various harnesses unclipped. I rang to let the Service manager know and he told me he would ring me back the next day.... He never did.
To pay for a premium dealer service, only to have to finish the job properly myself, is not great. I don't think I'll be using them again.

Kyle was brilliant
Kyle was brilliant. From the offset, a warm welcome. He listened to the requirements and arranged a test drive for the car that we liked. Our 4 year old son was kept amused with drinks, and looking at the cars in the showroom! A very much appreciated non pushy approach. Thanks again!

We have just bought the new mini in black which we are very pleased with. This is our third one which we always return to the same dealer . The reason is that we have excellent customer service and excellent support after sales nothing us never to much for them to sort out .also Ashley has looked after us with such professional service.

Avoid
Don’t trust the valuation they give for your car when you trade in. They will mislead on the value of your car. Wouldn’t use this garage or group again. Actually feel robbed by the experience. Also discovered they are advertising the car with the incorrect mileage.
Naively thought you would get better treatment from a large group and not feel robbed and taken advantage of.
