I bought my Mini from Sytner Slough rather than Sytner Sunningdale or Mini Oxford because of Liam. He is an excellent source of information, efficient, timely and most importantly humble, which makes him a very good salesman. Thank you Liam for making the Mini purchase so easy. I love the choices we made and am very pleased with my Hybrid.

Excellent service all round. I traded two cars in for a 2 year old Mini. From the initial sale to actual pick-up was a seamless service and this was done in lockdown. The paperwork was easy, prices were competitive and the team at Sytner were a delight. I would go so far as to say that when I next need a car I will go to Sytner first as they provide an excellent service from start to finish. Could not have asked for it be better.

I bought a excellent used car from Sytner Slough Mini Dealership. The staff, especially Callum Winterton, were exceedingly helpful, can-do people, who made what might have been impossible-- buying a car during Tier 3 Covid rules-- a relatively easy procedure. Full marks to Sytner Slough Mini!

The product I purchased is not what was ordered in my Opinion. I'm looking to replace the New Car as soon is practicable. I do not accept that "Digital Cockpit" lost in several lines covers the new dashboard & is not what was in the showroom. I deeply regret buying this car. Styner do accept any remote responsibility for 'mis-selling' , although they are being in pro-active in replacing the vehicle , but it it will be me who loses out financially. I am very underwhelmed & disappointed with the experience.

Ashley at Sytner Mini Slough was absolutely fantastic.
Our process of purchasing the car from him was brilliant. He gave us the best service before & after the sale. We have always purchased different makes/models of ours cars from dealerships including the Land Rover we part exchanged however we have never had the service like we did with Ashley. He was so welcoming & had a great approach. He didn’t rush us, explained everything really well to us.
When we came to pick up the car, it was closing time, we were stuck in traffic therefore arrived late but he again did not rush us & went through everything. The presentation of the handover of the car to us was amazing. My husband & I were overwhelmed & felt very special with the lovely treatment from Ashley & Mini as a company.
This makes it special to customers likes us, something we have not encountered with any other dealerships before. To them once we purchased the car they than didn’t care. Without a doubt this has been the best car buying experience I’ve had in my 20 years of driving. Callum was a joy to deal with, he made the whole process so easy - great communication the whole time, no pressure, and all the information I needed. I live in Glasgow and wasn’t keen to travel to Slough - so Callum arranged a video walk through of the car, as well as a part exchange, paperwork, and vehicle transfer which all went off without a hitch. I cannot believe how easy and fun the whole process has been, especially as I usually find car sales very stressful. This has been a whole new world, thanks to Callum and Jaz! I love my new Mini Cooper S Sport, it’s perfect and exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sytner Slough again

I have purchased many new and used cars from dealerships over the years, including Mini Approved Used, and this was my first dealing with Sytner. My initial contact and dealings were with a very pleasant Sales Representative, and I negotiated a deal on a Mini Cooper Clubman , which needed to be collected by Wednesday 30th September to meet the sales deadline. I agreed and went out of my way to collect on Tuesday 29th September.
I expected the car to be ready at the allocated time of 5pm.
I arrived at 4.40pm to see the car being driven in to the prep area. It was also due to have the Autoglym lifeshine treatment, so I knew it would be a while.
As I was travelling from Wales, and haven’t seen the car, I obviously wanted to view before paying. Shortly after 5pm, I was shown through to view the car, mid clean in the prep area ( Not the best way to see it really ).
I noticed it had a few superficial scratches which I was assured would be polished out.
As I was in a bit of a rush, and had a friend waiting, I agreed to purchase the car. I did so, and then waited a further hour for the car to be brought round.
Upon viewing the vehicle, I noticed scuffs on 3 of the alloys and a chunk out of the rim on the fourth. There was also a big scratch on the front bumper, which could have easily been rectified. The promised all weather mats had also not arrived.
I wasn’t too happy and asked that I return on Friday to collect , with everything done. At this point , I felt really pressured, due to the fact that they wanted the sale before Wednesday. I had paid for the car, but for some reason, it had to leave the dealership ?
I asked to speak to the manager, but no one came to speak to me.
I felt really awkward as I did not want to take the vehicle in that state and eventually they agreed that I could collect on Friday, but made me feel that it was my fault they had lost the sale for that month.
This is the first time I have ever felt so awkward and pressured picking up a new vehicle. Everything felt rushed, and I left feeling really let down.
I sent an email to the dealership on the Wednesday evening expressing my concerns but received no reply. Eventually, I phoned on the Thursday to make sure it would be ready on the Friday as I didn’t want another wasted journey.
I returned on Friday, and collected the car.
‘There’s the keys, enjoy !’ ... no talk through about anything.
The car is lovely and I am happy with it.
The handover process let this dealership down badly, as this is not how I have experienced previous handovers in other dealerships.
I felt awkward, pressured and let down,

Update ... I was contacted by someone directly after posting this review. He said that a manager would call me to discuss the review by the end of last week.
Surprise, surprise .... nothing !
Let down again !

Bought a Mini Countryman just as we were coming out of lockdown. All staff at the dealership were very Covid aware (one way system, no wandering around the showroom, hand sanitising, screens and masks). When we too ka vehicle out for the test drive the inside was cleaned prior to us getting in and then again when we got out. We were made to feel very safe. The staff were very helpful and informative - especially Steve Cottey who helped us work out the ideal specification for our requirements. Everything was explained very clearly to us, we had regular update phone calls and once we picked up our new vehicle we have had a follow up phone call. Our finance agreement was clearly explained by Jaz and Charlie. Can't recommend the service we received highly enough.

Callum was excellent to work with and couldn't of been more helpful and patient with me. Initially he spent 3 hours with me going through my options and trying to sort out exactly what i wanted. The was also a young girl called Lauren i think who was extremely helpful with the finance side of things too.

Callum really was a pleasure to work with, he is such a nice young man and i would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a mini to contact Callum to find out what he can do for them.
