Friendly, Professional Staff
This was my third time buying a Mini from Sytner Solihull and each experience has been alarmingly straightforward. I really wish it was more difficult to buy a new car, my bank balance would certainly leave a 0* review!
Joking aside, the staff were friendly and professional at every stage - from ordering, to the delivery, to the aftercare. I was kept up to date by Cathrine at each build stage and the car was exactly as ordered.

Good interaction- delighted that first meeting was held online so everything was clear and understood. I was informed every step of the way how my car was doing in production. Was delighted with my car and will be back in three years time!

When I visited Mini a young lady called Tileah Approached Me and very gently asked could she help ? I said I had been looking for a Petrol A class Premium Plus Mercedes! Because it was to be my last car ! And I wanted an all singing all dancing Spek ! So asked her to see if she could find one !? The rest is history ! Nothing appeared to be a problem for her ! So professional and caring! The Venue Too Excellent !!

We purchased a Mini Electric from Solihull and everything went as smooth as possible with COVID .
Paul Brown was our contact all the time and he kept us informed at all stages
It all went smoothly
When COVID allows Paul has offered to meet with us again and go through all the controls so that we do not miss any of the features that the mini gives
