Very bad experience with bmw sytner…
Very bad experience with bmw sytner tring and Leicester
I purchased a bmw M135I car over a year ago only driven for less than 90 days and needed alot of parts changed as defecteded and running low of pads discs and rear differential replacement without doing tracking and just dropped it home when it hasn't moved for months
Awaiting ombudsman outcome
Very disappointed with them as my freedom has been taken away when they know there wrong not even human
You just don't do that to genuine customer and £27k later
Hopefully there's justice for me soon

A year since purchased my car is an still waiting on a replacement/refund
Don't be like me a unhappy customer and just leave you without freedom and a car that wasn't realible and not checked properly just tick the service sheet and hope for the best and you need to understand 1mm near replacement items or periodically aged in 90 days / should and Need to be changed asap but put it down to the new owner to sort out which is wrong my bmw health check was poorly sold / unchecked car and my family and myselfs safety was compromised but sytner couldn't care less about me or the car sold to me with only 1 previous owner and low mileage they've let me the customer high and dry and very disappointed
Not happy one bit don't buy from the sytner group

Excellent Service
Excellent service by a team of helpful and friendly professionals. My 10 year old Mini gets the same attention as I imagine a much newer model would. And the advice on what needs fixing urgently and what can be left until next time is much appreciated.

My experience with Sytner Tring has…
My experience with Sytner Tring has always been a positive one. But recently I tired to book a break fluid service over the telephone. They have a new automated telephone system in place and honestly it is terrible. It doesn’t allow you speak to a real person like before. When I tired to leave a message for someone to call me back the automated person kept saying “just say finish” when I finish my message. I must of said it 6/7 times before I hung up frustrated. There is an option to speak to someone on WhatsApp but again no one was there to talk to straight away. Having got nowhere I decided to book else where. I got a call back from Ross who I explained what I experienced and that I had booked somewhere already. He was very apologetic and said they have had a lot of complaints about the new automated system. He said that he will book me in and price match the cost with the other garage.
As I said from the beginning that I have always had a positive experience when I am on site at Tring. The staff are amazing, very polite and friendly. I met Ross at the entrance and he got me to see Jack who was taking care of my service. I have been served by Jack 3/4 times and each time he has been amazing. He delivers great customer service.
Like I said overall all the staff at Tring have been amazing when I saw there. The standout staff I would say is Ross, Jack and Callum who took my payment once the service was done.
Hopefully they sort out the automated telephone system, because once you are on site, you are always looked after. The customer care experience is excellent.

Non stressful experience
Car went in to fix some minor damage and a new set of tyres. Excellent job by the body shop, and a special thanks to the tyre department who didn’t have the all weather tyres I wanted and had to order them, but in the meantime repaired the slow puncture in one of the tyres to allow me to do a 500 mile round trip safely whilst the tyre order was progressed.
Also Nathan Lynch provided excellent efficient customer service and provided a new mini as a courtesy car.

Excellent Sales Experience.
Bought a BMW form Sytner Tring recently and can honestly say the whole buying process was exceptional.
Having purchased many cars in my life I have to say that the service I received from Megan Minall was outstanding she is a credit to this dealership. I was also very impressed with the excellent preparation of the car I purchased and the welcoming friendly nature of the Receptionist Lady. All in all this is the best BMW dealership I have ever dealt with. Well done team Tring!!
