Great friendly staff and service. It’s a shame there isn’t a collection service or courtesy car offered as the garage is in an awkward spot with limited transport links.

Work is effective but customer service is appalling
Switched to Audi West London with my new car for regular servicing and every experience I've had with their customer facing teams has been poor. On my service, the representative couldn't answer standard service questions (he was junior and not the person named as my rep), pricing wasn't made clear and today when calling with an enquiry the team didn't want to speak on the phone, didn't offer solutions nor wanted to understand the problem. Their service work is good, but customers service amoung the worst in person and over the phone.

The service guy who attended to me was not very professional and i didn't appreciate his style of communications which i dont believe is inline with good customer service experience.

The service team are great
The service team are great. I’ve bought my cars here for years, and had them serviced too. Anoop is a great professional- I highly recommend asking for him when you need servicing or repairs!

The facilities whilst waiting for my vehicle, staff members were very nice
Malik Shehzad was fantastic and gave me regular updates during the day in regards to my vehicle and explained the report to me afterwards

Great service today at Audi! Nitish Varsani made the whole process easy. He wasn't pushy and provided exactly the right amount of guidance and support. I'll definitely be coming back to him for my next service if he’s still available.

Its not often I will spend the time to write a review but credit ware credit due, I popped into West London Audi as i was passing to enquire about part x my company car, David took the time to asked me what I needed and with in an hour David had found a car and in stock, all very easy.

All the employees were lovely and I was able to stay and wait for my car in the customer business lounge. Malik who was looking after my car was very helpful. He always came and updated me about the progress of my car.
