I have bought bags before that worked very well, so it was an easy choice for me to continue using Tailfin.

I am a daily cummerbund for 25 plus years and have tried many, many racks and bags. When I got my Tailfin I knew right away it was a big step up. The engineering and the quality are outstanding. I have used mine everyday for two tears and it still looks great.

Have bought lots of tailfin gear, cargo rack, top tube bag, frame bag, cargo cages and a down tube bag

These are quality products. They don’t just look good they are bomb proof, easy to use and I have never had an issue. I use them for bikepacking, mountain biking, gravel riding, commuting and even grand fondos.

I've been using Tailfin products since I read a review in VeloNews, when that fine magazine was still in print. I have toured in Taiwan, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Albania, and other places in Europe as well as the US. Tomorrow I am going to leave for a 6-day ride on the Katy Trail in Missouri. Top notch product that really works. Well worth the extra pennies.

My wife and I both have full tailfin set up’s on our Trek Checkpoint’s. We have completed several bike packing trip now and have found the tailfin products first class and have never let us down.we have just completed our last trip traveling 3300km in Europe. We live in Tasmania and the ordering process is easy and communication and customer service when ordering was brilliant. Throughly recommended products and business.

In the past used several well known brands for bikepacking kit, whilst they’ve done the job, nothing has come close to Tailfin products. Without a doubt the best bikepacking kit I’ve used. Fits perfectly, works perfectly. No hassles. No small annoyances, just does what you expect. I’ve used on my road bikes, Gravel bikes & MTB, rough or smooth terrain, performance doesn’t change, it excels on the rough stuff, it all stays where it should.
The quality of each product is faultless, robust, sleek & sturdy.

Tailfin’s bikepacking systems incl. the cargo pack, frame and handle bar bags are just incomparably practical and functional. Attention to detail is exceptional. Tailfin’s ingenious system design has rendered bikepacking - simple, easy and efficient.

If you buy any bag from Tailfin you will never sell them. I have few bags made by Tailfin and I am absolutely sure that these are the best bags I've ever had. You can feel the quality. The functionality and craftsmanship are top-notch. They may not be cheap, but they're definitely worth the price.

Great products - even greater client customer service

The exposure Tailfin is having in the backpacking community isn't a result from just the hype for me, it's high quality products that answers directly needs from people that often go out for a bikepacking trip. I tried a lot of different product on the market but I always comeback to Tailfin and the money spent is worth it 100%.

Thanks again Sam, for once more sorting out my wee tailfin query quickly and very helpfully over the phone. Tailfin is the best - the product and the service. Every part just works perfectly, beautifully designed to do the job whatever the weather, and whatever we need to carry. We had lots of cyclists interested on our recent trip through Spain and France - they all noticed how easy it was to pack, mount and remove the panniers at hotels and on the ferries!!

I wasn't expecting this level of quality and attention to details. Got 5 bags already for over a year or so. Still look brand new after 5kkm. Customer service also is outstanding. Handled delivery issue same day I put notice. Yet everything come with the price which I believe is fair. Looking forward to new adventures with Tailfin equipment. And if you're really considering to buy, I can tell, it's worth it. Cheers from Poland!
