Ordered 4 glulams, price was really competitive and they turned it fast, really happy with the product, definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Such great service. Gave them sizes, they delivered joists within 5 working days to site. Very smooth and efficient service. Philip was very helpful and professional, slowly but surely getting my beliefs back in UK based companies to deliver as promised. Wish you all success in future, continue like this.

Absolutely excellent service from Tailor Made Designs.
I only need a few posi-joist for a project, but the team made me feel like my order was just as important to them as a large order.
I was able to collect in person, and the shop-floor team were equally welcoming!
Also, excellent quality products at a good price. :-)

Researching roofing options for an outbuilding, I came across Tailor Made Designs via an online search. I was particularly impressed to receive a tailored quote and CAD within 24 hours of calling them - this shows a level of professionalism and commitment that is so often missing now. Revisions to the design to maximise usable area and storage facilities were no issue, and the products were delivered on time and per the agreed drawings. And the price is comparable or beats the labour of a cut roof. Would definitely use again.

From start to finish we were made to feel like the only customer Tailor made had to deal with .. sent drawings…within a day if not sooner Phillip had sent back specs costs and solutions …. Delivery time was booked bill was paid delivery was delivered exactly on point !!! Tailor Made Designs have done two projects for us. From start to finish they were fantastic, great communication between all parties & sorted any issues. The site was a school so they arrange deliveries around the schools operating hours with the drivers also being very helpful. Would happily use them again on a future projects.

From design to delivery to North Lincolnshire ,I was very impressed with the service and the price. The trusses were all as expected and fitted perfectly to my large garage project
