In the atrophied UK construction world of limited skilled workers and capable supplier who just can, Tailor Made are an outstanding supplier.

Although it was a small order, only 6 trusses. The Information given as to measuring the angles and proving them with the correct design was foolproof. I was kept updated at all times. The delivery was on time and the driver very helpful. Highly recommended.

Easy to deal with. Very communicative. The you tube tutorial is great and tells you what you need to measure without all the flannel.

Taking on my building was a huge challenge. Tailormade took on my hand drawn measurements and vague description. Turning it into a work of art in under a day. From first enquiry where i had dozens of questions, through multiple iterations of design they didn't waiver once from a full commitment to deliver a first class service. Several design changes we're met with positive outlooks and the designer was able and willing to take onboard every minor detail. Great Quality and service. Onsite delivery was seamless. My roofer was delighted with the ease of building. Final product did everything we asked for at a competitive price. We will use again.

This is my second time using Tailor Made Designs for home extension projects. A very good experience as before. They are very helpful from initial contact to delivery of my Pozi joists. Great company to deal with. This is the second project where I’ve used Tailor Made Designs, the first for a set of high ceiling trusses to span a garage (6x11 m) to allow the use of a vehicle lift, the second for a split low pitched hipped roof extension. From start to finish the company were always on hand to talk through amendments during the design stage, and again during installation to help with any clarifications. I can highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with… from speed of picking up the initial enquiry… to producing the drawings… figuring out amendments… and delivering a great product… top marks! Posi joist floor deck now insitu and looks solid! Great correspondence the whole way through… every time I needed to clarify a small detail one of the team was right on hand to guide me. Can’t fault them. Ready to order some trusses now.

We are in the middle of a major renovation and from finding them online to the delivery of our order they have been really great.

I have had experiences of different companies, good bad and ugly, really ugly, so Im glad to write this review as I wish everyone we have delt with was this helpful.

Right some details: quick and helpful responses, we had some changes made without any problems they were quick and helpful, but they were also bothered about the simple little details which made life easier for us.

From order and detail confirmation to delivery was fast and without error, which matters!

Finally the delivery was great, sometimes companies are let down by a slap dash sloppy delivery, thankfully not the case with Tailir Made. The delivery was on time and smoth!

All I can say is if you want a hood product made right and delivered in a timely manner choose Tailor you won't he disappointed.

We wanted to vault the roof of a building from 1850. The existing roof structure was completely rotten. I contacted Tailor Made Designs with the measurements and they quickly turned around a design, 3D-schematic and quotation (these diagrams were better than anything my structural engineer could produce!). The process of tweaking the design, through to ordering and delivery was very easy and fast. Delivery on site was very straight forward and the trusses has been installed by our joiner without any problems. My company works on conversions of old buildings and I wouldn't hesitate to use Tailor Made Designs for our next project. Thank you.
