What an amazing company to deal with, really helpful with online questions, ordered a new spout for my Bridge Taps on Monday and arrived on Wednesday, now that's what I call service ...and that is from Ireland....just fantastic

I needed some replacement parts for my kitchen mixer tap. (Rangemaster Aqua disc 2 )
I was advised to contact tapsandsinksonline.
I wasn’t sure of the parts I needed regarding size and type but after a few emails with pictures I was guided to the correct product.
I placed my order and received a quick response confirming my order with next day dispatch.
My items arrived in good time to mainland UK.
I can definitely recommend this company to others. I live in a block of 10 flats and now know how to advise my neighbours should the need arise.
I was completely satisfied with my ordering and delivery experience
Full marks for all your help from the sales and customer care team.

The company website made it very easy for me to choose the right spare parts for my mixer tap and provided good advice on replacing the valves and on returning unused parts. The returns advice on unused parts was especially helpful and I got my refund paid quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to deal with the customer services team.

What brilliant service. A very smooth transaction from start to finish with great updates. I ordered the part on 5th January and received it the following day by courier. I highly recommend this company - will definitely use them again.

Taps and Sinks online website is easy to navigate to find the make and model of tap concerned and the parts stocked to effect the necessary repair. Links to detailed step by step maintenance information are invaluable and once ordered the new parts were delivered within two days. Following the maintenance information allowed me to fit the new valves purchased within 15 minutes. Job done. All in all an excellent and very speedy service

Bought cold water valve replacement - quality very good and customer service and dispatch excellent plus helpful blog and tips to actually fit the valve

Alice provided a very swift reply along with help and advice to meet my requirements.
Unfortunately with delivery coming from Waterford and with current postal strike action taking place, I needed to ensure I received the part asap.
However under normal circumstances I would have had no hesitation in using taps and sinks online.

I bought a new Spout for a quite old Franke Olympus Tap.
The customer service I received from Alice was top notch.
Thank you.

Brilliant- used them 3 times to replace various worn out parts on a Franke kitchen tap. Great website - very useful fitting how to’s. Recommend

TapsAndSinksonline gave excellent service. It was great to find somewhere that had a spout for my kitchen sink so I could replace it myself without having to organise a plumber. Their after sales service and communication was brilliant. A great find👏👏👍

It is not often that you find a company that is so helpful and accommodating, with such a superb range of products and service to go with it. Such a company is Taps and Sinks Online. I totally recommend them. Marion

As a complete amateur I needed some advice regarding purchasing a valve for a very old tap. Alice in customer services gave me all the help I needed and we were able to identify the correct part and get it ordered. Good communication regarding shipping of the part as well. Excellent customer service.

Excellent, helpful, information to help me choose the best solution to my defective, but good quality, kitchen tap.

Sought advice on the sink plug for my Belfast sink. Received prompt advice and model version. Ordered part and received in less than 48 hours.

Plug was perfect and fitted as advised. Great sales operation and exemplary customer service.

Brilliant service: sought advice on correct valve cartridge, got a helpful reply from the customer care team the same afternoon. Ordered the part which came a few days later. Fitted and working perfectly. Job done!

This is the second time I have used this company and their website and customer service is excellent.
It’s really easy to find your tap and parts online, then great advice on how to fix parts/problems.
My emails were answered within an hour!
I can’t fault them.
Thanks

What a fantastic experience from start to finish, such a rarity in this day and age. My tap started leaking and I needed a new cartridge. Local Plumbers merchant suggested that there were so many varieties that I may as well give up and buy a new tap. Saw Taps and Sinks Online and sent them picture of the tap and cartridge. Within a short time, same day I will add, the helpful staff responded with the cartridge type I needed. Better still they stocked it. What an amazing service. Replacement tap with fitting about £80. New cartridges £30. Thank you Taps and Sinks online for cutting through the layers of faff and providing an honest and supportive service.

Have used this company twice, both times could not fault them! From emailing asking for advice about the problem I had,to ordering the product & eventually receiving the product.. 1st class & very fast service from start to finish..would definitely recommend to anyone please use this company as they are super at customer service& getting your product delivered extremely fast.. well done and I will definitely be using them again, when needs be

Singlehandedly the best customer service I've ever experienced. Speedy. Super helpful and went out of their way, even when the sale would have only been worth a very small amount of money to them. And on a Sunday. Can't recommend highly enough.
