The only thing I can say is the rug colors in the website can be slightly different.

I had an excellent customer service, she replied extremely fast, was super friendly and flexible according to my special request. I wanted to get a bundle of towels which they didn't have in that exact combination so I asked if I could combine the ones I want for the same price and she gave me a discount code. We had a really wholesome conversation which sparked so much joy and made my whole purchase even more exciting. The towels are amazing, they are so poppy and colorful, they can only lift up your mood in the bathroom. If you wanna treat yourself, please go and get yourself Tartagelatina towels, they're worth it. Only one thing that might be important: The hand towels are juuust too small to use them as a turban head towel. Apart from that I'll definitely get more things soon, highly recommend!

The placemats are GREAT! They light up a room and the quality is amazing. Just ordered my second set of 4 and can definitely recommend.

If you’re like me and are a bit hesitant to spend €59 for four placemats: I feel you and I’ve been there but they are really really worth it.

I’m really into the products I ordered, the quality and the bright colors got me. The shipping went quite well. I had some problems with the airport duty tax team, but I wrote an email to the Tarta Gelatina crew, and they helped me immediately. They got me updated about my order, and I always got an answere. Totally recommended!

Updating the review due to the good customer service.

But I still keep my statement that the rug I ordered didn't match in total the photos online, the colors were not as vibrant and happy.

Would recommend to the brand to show more realistic images online, I understand how pretty the rugs might look when you place them a certain way/light/color grading. But as a customer I want to see how it looks in a real house with average light. Maybe by sharing more customer pics?

I'm very happy with the quality of the products!
There was a small issue from the shipping company but Tarta's customer service kindly helped me with my order and everything went smoothly.
My apartment now looks very colourful with the new rug, blanket, towels and placemats.

Despite a production issue for my particular rug, the company never stopped communicating with me and kept me informed all the steps of the way.
And the fact that there was a huge delay between my main order and the arrival have been more than properly rectified. I was not worried at all. Between the company name, there are humans, and they are pretty cool.
The rug is almost as great as they are. Would totally reorder in the future.
