Ergotron HX is fantastic

Finally received the Ergotron HX monitor stand. Hooked it up to my Eizo 31.1” CG318-4K monitor, very happy. StarTrack were slower than usual unfortunately.

Many thanks for your feedback Justin. I must say we are very disappointed that you chose to leave a 1 star review whilst making no attempt to contact us about you order and its whereabouts. We provided you with dispatch confirmation and StarTrack tracking details within 3 hours of receiving your order. All of our orders ship by either StarTrack Express or Toll IPEC and in 99% of cases are received within 1-2 business days as all of our previous feedback demonstrates. It would appear StarTrack took a few days longer to deliver your item for which we can only apologise. May I suggest in future you follow up with the retailer first if your item has not been received, they can in turn follow up with the courier and hopefully bring about a speedy resolution.
