Fast Delivery and Excellent Customer Service
Extremely fast delivery as I ordered a Surface Pro 8 and it arrives the next day! Great customer service too as they helped me to choose the right model with matching accessories. Prices are quite competitive as well. Will definitely come back again.

Bad Customer Service
I have received a wrong item not as described in your web page in the first time, then after confirming from a customer service personnel that they will replace it with colour and same type they sent me another type not as discussed. They kept provide me wrong or false or misleading information. After all the long period of time they offer me a full refund without any compensation for all of this due to not straight forward sale, specially after they recognised that there is no such colour with the same type (signature). You can check email and online correspondences for more information about the issue. Case number: #4354

For anyone readying this Michael received the correct product but decided he didn't like the colour (It's a Charcoal Typecover but not the right Charcoal according to Michael, even though Microsoft only make one Charcoal colour) . We then kindly agreed to swap it out free of charge and also waived the additional cost of providing him with a premium version of the product he said he much preferred instead. He received this the very next day but decided that this product also wasn't suitable. Having exhausted all options to keep Michael as a customer we advised he could send the Typecover back and we would provide a refund. Michael advised us that this wasn't acceptable and that he wanted a refund and also to keep the Typecover otherwise he would leave us a nasty review. As you can see we will bend over backwards to keep out customers happy but we draw the line at being defrauded by a petty thief.
