Ordered a stone mosaic that was supposed to ship within 5-10 days of order placement. Received generated “your order is in work” emails, with last one as of two weeks ago. I went to check status today and nothing. Went to contact the seller, except the seller’s user name no longer exists. Total Scam. I contacted support via the app 7/8 and nothing. I’ve contacted customer support via email and am pending a response.

Paid way too much for this for it to not even be right. The one I got was of some dog I dont know. I want my money back

The stained glass Sun catcher is absolutely stunning. A beautiful facsimile of late beloved dog.
It’s really beautiful. Wonderful quality, impeccable craftsmanship.
Communication could be be better. However I give this company 5 stars. Made and delivered in a fortnight.

Very beautiful however I thought it was going to be bigger. It's still done with care and craftsmanship.

I absolutely love the replica glass picture of my dad's dogs. It brings a smile to my face each time I look at them. It's like they are still with me. The only problem I had was the tracking was not accurate. But nevertheless I have got it in one piece. Definitely will want to order another one. It's a great idea. Thank you.

My daughter gave me me a Tedooo creation that started with a family photo. Love the stained glass look to this and it looks great hanging in my kitchen window.

I do not recommend them because of this product because it was misleading when I got my order it was big as a saucer and in the description are the picture you see a woman holding up a big picture of her dog and that is not what I got I do not recommend this at all. Hands-down do not get this product.

I lost my furbaby in June 2026 and my world was shattered. My son bought me a sun catcher with a picture of my baby as a gift. It's absolutely beautiful and one of the best gifts I have ever received. It's a beautiful way to remember my baby and I will cherish it forever.

Never received the product. They blocked me on FB when I attempted to find out where my product was . They appeared to post fake people saying they ordered and received their product. Each one of the profiles who said they ordered and LOVED the product had locked accounts, newly created and hardly any friends, clearly bots. On the email they sent to confirm my order, the contact us link is fake as well. This is just one of many other reviews that I saw online..."I bought a piece of "stained glass" from them, took 1 month to receive, it was so poor quality and looked and felt like plastic I was shocked. I had bought it as a gift for my friend who lost her dog, but it was so bad I couldn't in good faith give it to her. I asked the company for a refund, they refused. I left a comment on one of their FB posts about my bad experience and they deleted it and blocked me. Such shady business practices!".....blocked her as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I didn’t order it. It was a gift to me after my sweet baby died. I ugly cried when I opened the box. It is the most thoughtful and beautiful gift I’ve ever received. The artists did an amazing job and I want them to know how grateful I am to have her likeness solidified this way. Absolutely stunning work.

This stained glass sun catcher is absolutely beautiful and way beyond what I was expecting. I lost my beloved Yorkshire terrier, Riley, in April and I wanted to get something to keep him with me. My darling boy loved the garden and the sunshine, so I thought this would be the ultimate tribute to him. I cried when I opened it (tears of joy) as it is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and you have captured his spirit and character in this sun catcher. I will treasure this always.

The product that I ordered came cracked and I am very unhappy with what I received. I would like either a refund or perhaps another attempt to send what I wanted in better packaging marked as being possibly fragile.
Since posting this, I did get in contact with their claims review team. They were very quick with a response. I wait now for a new product to be sent. I would say that I found it easier to hit this sounding board initially than their review team. But, they are standing up and taking care of my issues.

They have videos of glass sun catchers that are stained glass with raised metal dividers. Their suncatcher glass dog previews show stained glass with sun streaming through and the clear ability to see objects through the glass. However the product I received is opaque painted glass with an ugly bubble texture on the back. Light does not stream through and there are no raised dividers. Contacting them only results in a runaround with them saying newer products are better if you buy again.
Update: despite the company's reply, I do not feel that I got an accurate preview of the product. In my preview, objects, like window dividers, were clearly visible behind the suncatcher. The actual product I received does not behave like that since the painted glass is not transparent.
I will update my review again if the company makes it right with the refund.

I don’t like it the company misrepresented themselves by creating an illusion that it would be stained glass instead, it’s just cut plastic.
