Overwhelmingly satisfied! We had tedooo produce a 12" stained glass round of our Danni. She was our 15 year old little fur baby. She passed away October 2025. Such excellent work. Danni pops out from the glass. The vibrant colors and background are just stunning. We are so pleased and we highly recommend tedooo to produce your lasting memory of your pet. Thank you, Tedooo. Absolutely beautiful work, came out as good as picture great colors

With an engraving on circle of wood, there was a crack through my dog’s face. I’ve ordered other pieces that I’ve been pleased with…this just isn’t one of them

Placed an order sent my money they took it. It’s been seven weeks. Can’t get a hold of anybody don’t get responses from the emails. I’m beginning to think it’s a scam and fraud.

We lost our fur-angels & saw the ad for stained glass made beautiful art of different pets. What a wonderful idea. A great way to memorialize your lost loved ones. Our order had a small issue, slightly loose frame… customer service replaced it with no hassle & the replacement is perfect! Thank you! 🙏🏼

I was so excited to order this as a gift for a friend, but the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. I placed my order (#55267339) on May 23 and waited a long time for it to arrive. During that time, I reached out multiple times asking for updates because communication was very poor, and I received little to no helpful information.

When the package finally arrived today, I was shocked to find the item broken and in pieces. After waiting so long, this was the last thing I expected. I was looking forward to giving this as a special gift, but instead I was left frustrated and disappointed.

Unfortunately, between the lack of communication, the long wait, and receiving a damaged product, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

All I expected and more.

Looked great however arrived broken with multiple large cracks in the glass. Very disappointing that the packaging wasn’t sufficient to protect a known fragile item.

Absolutely brilliant thank you 🙏 My beautiful wife got this glass sunlight plate in memory of a recent loss of my cat Leah and the replica really brings her back to life. Great quality product and the order arrived within a timeframe expected.

The stained glass picture was beautiful. Looked just like the picture I sent. My mom loved it.

The results were great. Took a bit longer than I thought but that’s my fault. Bought one for my sister as she lost her dog a few weeks after mine and she loved it too.

After a recent loss of our longtime furry friend, I wanted to find some special way to memorialize her. I came across this website and decided it would be the perfect thing. The company was so helpful and communicated with me to get what I was visualizing. A last minute update that I didn’t think was possible, they made it happen and the work is great quality! I received my piece today and was in tears on how perfect they made my sweet girl look! 💖 I can’t thank them enough for working with me through changes and for the beautiful finished product!! I will definitely recommend them to others and will order from them again. Thank you!!

These products are amazing, I ordered and within 12 days it arrived but sadly the journey had taken its toll on the package as the glass was broken. I contacted the customer service team and Emma picked up my issues and was amazing in sorting out my order, I have received a replacement and it's a beautiful homage to my dog Pearl a real quality product.. I thank you so much for all the help you've given me. I always say it's not the problem its how you solve it that defines you, and this seller has certainly done that.

Dreadful company, been in the making for 6 weeks now, nothing, no contact. go on the website and try to email, the link does not work, click on help, the link doesn't work. Nothing short of a scam.

They brought my beautiful dog back to life! I am above and beyond happy with the quality and craftsmanship that went into creating my vision. I can look at her every day while she waits for me at the Rainbow Bridge. I would recommend this company to everybody. Thank you sooo much again for bringing my sweet girl to life. I'm smiling and crying.

I’m absolutely 100% super excited and very happy for ordering my item. It’s a great likeness and made to perfection, it also makes losing him a lot less painful as we know have a permanent item of him to keep our memories alive. The plaque has been made with professionalism respect and with our love in mind plus the quality of our plaque has been made to a very high standard.

Getting a customized suncatcher design from a photo of my recently departed dog was so cool! The process was quick and easy to follow. I was updated on every step of the order from being received, to being made, to adding finishing touches, to shipping and delivery! It’s beautiful! I cherished my best friend for almost 13 yrs, and now I can still see his cute little smile when I look out my window! Thank you Tedooo!

My expections were not high due to having bad experiences with on-line products. The photos and descriptions never matched the quality of what I received.
This product blew me away!. I bought it as a gift and WOW when I opened the box. It was absolutely beautiful and the quality was awesome! Will definitely be ordering more from this company!
