I wish I had read the reviews for tennis ticket service before I bought tickets. The company is not an authorised ticket seller and so entry to the event can be denied. I have waited 15 days for a 50% refund - which actually wasn’t quite 50%. This company should not be allowed to trade as the re-sale of tickets is prohibited and their business plan is obviously based on conning people. I’m £350 worse off for having used this company. Do not buy tickets from them!!!

So as I had written we were waiting for the tickets for the mens semi final and womens final of the French Open 2022. For both days we finally got our tickets the evening before. We were thrilled and delighted after the long wait and insecurity just finally have valid entrance tickets to the holy grounds of Roland Garros. So all in all we were finally happy. But the price of our tickets were -as many of you also also wrote- far higher than the original price. And the seats were not the best , which I honestly did not expect.

So I can not really tell if we were only "lucky" to get our tickets or if this company really always genuinely tries its best to succeed in the big dash for good Grand Slam tickets for the Center Courts.

I think it is really hard to get tickets for the Center Courts any other way. Long waiting lists on the official sites. Day tickets in the early stage of the tournament may be easy to get from the official tournament web site for the original price .And I think for the next big tounaments I will plan my trip to go in the middle of the week instead of the final weekend..

I bought two category one tickets for the men’s finals at Roland Garros - paying eight times the face value of the ticket.

They did not arrive until 22:00 the evening before.

They were not category one but at the back of the stands.

Given all the reviews and experience I read about here, it was a cause of great anxiety in the run up to the day.

I felt “lucky” just to have got my tickets, as many others didn’t and incurred travel/hotel expenses etc.

I would never again have anything to do with this Company. In my view they should be closed down.

Truffatori, evitate nella maniera più assoluta di acquistare biglietti per eventi sportivi da questo sito. Io ho acquistato dei biglietti di categoria 1 per le due semifinali femminili del Roland Garros pagandoli 5 volte di più del prezzo dei biglietti sul sito ufficiale, dopo numerose mail di sollecito che ho fatto perché non ricevevo i biglietti mi informano che me li avrebbero inviati il giorno prima dell' evento. Ricevo i biglietti la mattina del giorno stesso dell' evento e mi accordo con grande stupore che i biglietti sono di categoria 2, scrivo subito una mail per chiedere spiegazioni alla quale non mi danno alcuna risposta. Servizio clienti telefonico inesistente, ti rispondono solo con mail. Vi consiglio vivamente comprare i biglietti direttamente sui siti ufficiali e di non cadere nella trappola, ad un mio amico addirittura hanno annullato i biglietti inventando scuse ridicole. All' ingresso al Roland Garros i biglietti risultavano nulli e ci hanno fatti accomodare nei loro uffici per fare una alla polizia dicendoci chiaramente che Tennisticketservice è un sito illegale non accreditato che ha truffato molti appassionati di tennis che hanno acquistato biglietti da loro. Das Geschäftsgebahren dieses Unternehmens ist ausserordentlich fragwürdig! Der Kunde kauft sein Ticket OHNE Anspruch darauf, dass er es in der georderten Kategorie auch erhält! Wir erhielten es zB erst am Vortag des Events und saßen dann in Roland Garross ca 40 Meter vom Court entfernt - fernab in einem völlig anderen Block. Dafür etwa fünffach überteuert! Aber von den AGBs des Unternehmens abgedeckt.
Unsere Erfahrung: ORDERN SIE NUR BEIM VERANSTALTER DIREKT - und NIE NIE NIE bei diesem Tennisticketservice aus den Niederlanden!

Complete scam. Avoid this at all costs! Not only you pay x5 to x10 times the actual price of the ticket but also they will cancel your tickets the day before the match. Or even worse they send you a fake or not valid ticket. Their service does not exist, worst is impossible, they do not answer. Buy the tickets in the official site or you will be robbed.

In 2019, I bought two tickets for Roland Garros to see the ladies' and men's finals in 2020. I was convinced to buy my tickets through the only official channel, that of Roland Garros. In 2020, the tournament is canceled due to Covid. In 2021, the tournament takes place in autumn. We are offered to come or postpone to 2022 or to be reimbursed 75%, which is presented to us as an exceptional gesture (usually, they only reimburse 50%...). We are postponing to 2022. We are told that we will receive our tickets 1-7 days before the event. The day before the ladies' final, we receive these tickets and I don't understand : I paid € 2,343 for our two tickets for the two finals (+ €61.50 charge for payment by card + € 117.15 service fee) but the face value of the ticket is ... €140! We believe in an error because the name of the buyer on the ticket is unknown to us. Tennis Ticket Service is unreachable by phone (messaging where it is said that they are unreachable due to the Covid... in June 2022) and we send them an email to which they reply a few hours later that everything is perfectly normal since they are resellers...
Fortunately the tickets allow us to enter the stadium but huge disappointment compared to the seats located in the upper part... we clearly don't get what we pay for. But the day passes and still no tickets for the next day's men's final. Always unreachable on the phone so we send two emails asking where our tickets are. Again, we receive a response to our second email telling us that there is a problem at RG for the personalization of our tickets but that we will have them before 8:00 p.m. We finally receive them after 8:00 p.m. after a pretty stressy day. Face value of the seat: €170. And the next day, the scenario repeats itself with seats that do not correspond to the price paid since we are again in the upper part of the stadium... At Roland Garros, Tennis Ticket Service is now included on the list of sites to avoid . But in the meantime, these unscrupulous people continue their lucrative little business of cheating people like me. Reading the other testimonials, I realize that while having been seriously scammed, we were nevertheless "lucky" since we were at least able to enter the stadium, which is not the case for all buyers. Never again!

Ein Stern ist leider zu viel.
Die Tickets waren völlig überteuert.
Für das Herren-Halbfinale haben wir 880,- € pro Ticket für Kategorie 1 bezahlt. Bekommen haben wir um 22.00 Uhr vor dem Spieltag Kategorie 2 für 187,- €. Vor Ort wurden die Tickets zunächst geblockt. Eine sehr freundliche Dame vom Service vor Ort hat uns zum Einlass verholfen.
Kauft auf keinen Fall bei Tennis Ticket Service.

in Roland Garros angekommen für das Damen Finale. Tickets, bzw. nur 1 von 2 bestellt, gekauft und bezahlt, erwies sich als FALSCH. Keine Registrierung hinterlegt bei Roland Garros. Haben bei der Polizei gemeldet.
das falsche Ticket wurde als Anlage geschickt, wies aber auf einer Facebook Seite.
Geld ist weg, Hotel und Reise gebucht, für nichts. Diese Seite ist nicht legal, darf keine Tickets verkaufen, denn sie keine Kontingent dafür bei dem Veranstalter haben. Ich will mein Geld zurück. Fast 1300 Euro für das Damen Finale gezahlt. Kat. 2. unverschämt.

Es un fraude, nos han deja tirados en la final de Roland-Garros 2022, diciendo que las entradas ya pagadas en su momento quedaban anuladas 24h antes del evento, con lo que ya estábamos en Paris, los voy a denunciar sólo llegar a Esp.

Wir haben Ende 2019 für die beiden 1/8 Final Spieltage gebucht.

Im April diesen Jahres wurden wir gebeten, unsere Tickets zu personalisieren.
Wir waren voller Vorfreude.( es war unser Geschenk an uns zu unserer beiden 50. Geburtstage)
Anreise Fr, Spiele Sonntag&Montag.
Von dem ticketservice kam ca. 14 Tage vor matchday eine Mail :“don’t worry…“ die Tickets werden sicher zugestellt, doch erst 24h vor matchday. 🙄(gar nicht mein Ding)
Den ganzen SA haben wir versucht, den ticket Service sowohl per Telefon als auch per Mail zu erreichen.negativ.
Um 17:30 Uhr dann die Nachricht, dass sie mit dem Server Probleme hätten und wir definitiv bis 20:00 Uhr unsere Tickets im der Hand haben würden.
Negativ um 20:00 Uhr, um 0:00 Uhr, am Matchtag negativ um 7:00/8:00/9:00 Uhr.
Keine Tickets. Wir zig Mails geschrieben.
Was soll ich sagen, wenn ich die anderen Bewertungen hier lese: wir haben echt Schwein gehabt.
Am Match Tag haben wir beide Tickets um 9:17 Uhr bekommen (1. spiel war um 11:00 Uhr)
Und für den Montag haben wir die Tickets auch am Sonntag bekommen, allerdings hatten wir mit diesen Probleme beim Einlass „ Ticket blocked“
Doch durch den freundlichen und kompetenten Service vor Ort hat dann alles geklappt.
Allerdings würde ich auch NIE mehr bei diesem Anbieter buchen!
Komplett überteuert und total unprofessionell.
Wie gesagt, wir hatten scheinbar wirklich Glück, doch bis wir die Tickets in den Händen halten konnten, einen Samstag in Paris mit schönstem Wetter, den wir nicht wirklich genießen konnten!:-(

Bought a pair of Category 1 tickets for the men’s semi-finals.
I was lucky to receive tickets, but they were category 2!!
I paid several thousand Euro for these tickets…

Warum muss man für eine kriminelle Abzocke noch einen Stern vergeben? 2x Semifinale 1+2 der Herren, gebucht Ende Nov. 2019, einschl. raininsurance für 2004,26 €, verschoben wegen Corona auf den 03.06.22. Der Originalpreis auf den 2 Tickets betrug insgesamt 250.-+ 196.-€ = 446.-€.
Differenz: 1.758,26 €. Keine Rückerstattung der raininsurance von 187.-€ ist bis heute, trotz des neuen Daches, nicht wie angekündigt, erfolgt. Man versuchte aus 2 Semifinals nur noch 1 daysession zu machen. Die Plätze der gebuchten Kategorie waren nicht die von mir ausgewählten, sondern deutlich schlechter und mehrere Reihen weiter oben. Die Firma war 2 Tage vor dem Match, für das man bereits Hotel und Bahn gebucht hatte, nicht mehr erreichbar. Die Vorfreude schlug mit 24 E-Mails in Ärger, Nervenflattern um. Erst als ich 3x mit rechtlichen Konsequenzen drohte, bekam ich das Ticket für S. 1 einen Tag vorher und das für S. 2 am gleichen Tag jeweils um 10 Uhr zugestellt. Das offizielle Roland-Verkaufsbüro hätte angeblich alle ihre Tickets gecancelled und ihnen neue verkauft. Glaube das, wer es will! Nur noch über den offiziellen Customer Service Roland Garros buchen und dieser Firma das Wasser für alle Male abgraben. Das rate ich euch!!!!

An alle die das lesen, bitte bestellt nicht von diesem Anbieter, Sie werden Ihre Tickets nicht bekommen. Wir haben für das Roland Garros Damen Halbfinale und Finale sowie Herren Finale Tickets bestellt. Die Tickets für das Halbfinale und Finale bei den Damen, haben wir nach langen hin und her und vielen E-Mails bekommen. So jetzt, in 3 Stunden, fängt das Herrenfinale an und wir sitzen im Hotel ohne Tickets und vom Anbieter bekommen wir auch keine Antwort E-Mails. Einfach nur unverschämtes Verhalten. Wie haben alle Tickets bereits im Dezember/Januar bestellt und bezahlt. Hier sollte man sich wirklich zusammentun und eine Sammelklage gegen das Unternehmen vorbereiten. Der eine Stern ist sogar zu viel. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht und vor allem traurig, dass man aus so einen schönen Erlebnis einen Alptraum gemacht hat.

Esta empresa es un timo. No comprar ningun ticket. Llevo 2 años con el ticket comprado para la Final de Roland Garros y hoy 1 dia antes me dicen que lo han cancelado.

Kaartjes besteld 3 jaar geleden voor de halve finale heren Roland Garros. Door Corona helaas niet door kunnen gaan. Telkens werd ons gevraagd of we de kaartjes door wilden schuiven naar volgend jaar. E mail contact liep prima. Uiteindelijk was het 3 juni zover. Halve finale. Telefonisch ivm Corona niet bereikbaar maar per mail werd me verzekerd dat de kaartjes uiterlijk donderdag 2 juni per mail gestuurd zouden worden. Paar keer gebeld maar telkens een bandje?
Donderdagochtend toch maar vertrokken naar Parijs ( hotel was immers geboekt). Onderweg meerdere malen in de mail gekeken, maar niks helaas. Moed zonk ons in de schoenen tevens door de slechte reviews van tennis ticket service. 23:30 donderdag avond nog in de mail gekeken: NIETS. Flink de pest erin, hotel geboekt voor 2 dagen!. Vrijdagmorgen tegen beter weten in mail bekeken en JA 2 kaartjes!!! Mail was om 23:45 uur gestuurd. De kaartjes voldeden en zonder problemen bij RG binnen. Wat dat betreft klopt het dus dat de kaartjes uiterlijk donderdag verstuurd zouden worden. Kosten op de ticket 125 euro, dus 4 keer over de kop gegaan ( we hebben 500 euro per kaartje betaald)
Wat een verdienmodel! Wat me nog het meeste steekt is totaal geen communicatie, ook telefonisch niet bereikbaar!. Enige communicatie 5 dagen van te voren dat de kaartjes uiterlijk donderdag zouden komen.
Herhaaldelijk mailen om een bevestiging werd genegeerd. Uiteindelijk alles goed maar het ruikt erg naar oplichting

Compré entradas para la final de Roland Garros 2019 y por la pandemia se fue retrasando hasta 2022. Tennis ticket service nos escribió diciendo que no recibiríamos las entradas hasta el día anterior a la final, que no nos pusiéramos nerviosos. Ayer llegamos a París desde Madrid y recibimos un último email informándonos de que finalmente no tenemos entradas. Tres años esperando, cambiando vuelos y hoteles, y ahora, ya en París, nos quedamos colgados!! No compréis a esta empresa. Es un timo. Cobraban las entradas carísimas, pero supuestamente prometían garantía. Dudo mucho que nos devuelvan el dinero. Nadie contesta al teléfono y el número de whatsapp es falso. Qué decepción!!!
