Was good but they dont understand the…
Was good but they dont understand the concept of blue light discount so if you go to use it they will expect you to have someone you care for there. So being a teacher who doesnt have the children outside work i couldnt use my discount when this isnt how blue light works.

Huge thank you to Mel based at customer services, i originally contacted Tenpin to request a preliminary booking for which i wanted to pay few days after booking before attending southampton on this upcoming fathers day, for anybody who have visited booking close to slots you require Tenpin is always so busy time slots fill very fast for weeked visits. I have to say customer service responded quickly by email, dealt with my query, was super helpful. Big thanks also to Mel based at customer service 5🌟 service will be visiting much more often as the kids just love it not to mention at southampton where i visit the variety in activities is plentiful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My daughter had a Karaoke party at the Millbrook Center. It was very well organised and the team looking after us could not have been more helpful

Wonderful venue for the city
Wonderful venue for the city.
Easy to use and pay.
So many more activities now available too. We bowled and played Table tennis.
This time everything worked well.

Hassled by security
The bowling activity as a whole was a really good experience and I couldn't fault it. However, we (a group of 4) went in at around 10.30pm on a Wednesday and were asked b y staff how many games we wanted to play. This implied that there was enough time to complete more than one game, therefore we asked for two games. We completed the first game just fine, but just as we started our second game, at around 11.10pm, a member of the security team came over and informed us that there was only 10 minutes left, even though their opening hours are displayed that they are open until midnight. Due to this, we ended up rushing our game. When we each had two turns left, the same security guard came and said that our time was up. My friend confronted him and said that we only had two turns left each and that it will take no longer than five minutes. As we were completing the last go, he came over again and basically told us to get out. This unnerved us as he didn't walk away after and just stood there and watched us complete our last few turns. We rushed these turns because of his stares and then quickly packed up our stuff. He proceeded to walk us to the exit and stand there with the door held open as we left. Just as we got back to the car, the security guard left the establishment and made his way down the car park, we assumed to go home as he didn't come back. This gave the impression to us that it wasn't that Tenpin was closing, it was that the security guard just wanted to go home.
This is a shame as I do love going to Tenpin, but will never go at that time in the evening again.
