Tenpin - Wakefield レビュー 

The children loved the laser quest and the arcades but the service was very disappointing. We had booked a laser party and once the party host had signed them in, we didn’t see him again. My child fell over in the game and hurt his leg, causing a huge bruise and we weren’t notified.
But the most disappointing element was the food afterwards. After receiving their pizzas, we were kept waiting 45 minutes for the cake and a further 20 minutes for their ice cream. Nobody came to see us at the end to conclude the party and it was overall just so disappointing. I would take the children again for an activity but would certainly not recommend a party package.

Great to have Tuesday discounts and looks very impressive inside. I did however nearly get charged full price for bowling and they didn't even question the price until I mentioned it.
The music could do with being varied rather than constant dance music.
Ate here but there were very limited options especially as I am vegetarian and the cheese pizza was pretty poor as there was hardly and cheese. More options and more ingredients on would improve it. If you could consider pool where you rent a table for a certain amount of time would be good like other places do

We visited on a Tuesday evening with a group of 10 blind and partially sighted children and young people, and their families (there were 36 people in our group in total). Some of our children have additional needs/disabilities, including one child who is a wheelchair user. At the point of booking I mentioned that some of our group have sensitivities around noise and asked whether the music could be quieter in our area. This was communicated to the team who made sure this was actioned on arrival.

Every member of staff we dealt with was kind, courteous, and very sensitive to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and because the staff were so good it really made the whole experience run much smoother. It was also a lot less stressful for me as the group leader!

The whole area felt spacious and easy to navigate, and I felt that the slight separation of the bowling lanes from the arcade area was helpful as it meant our kids focused on completing the bowling rather than running around the arcade as happens at the one at Xscape!

We will definitely come to Wakefield in future as it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I have already made two more group bookings for July and September!

The place is great, staff were nice and helpful, the lane faulted a few times and we ended up on a different one in the end but wasn’t a big deal.

Tenpin wakefield is fantastic it has lots of different things to do the food was lovely staff were very hrlpf6 and friendly my grandson and myself loved it

Good place, spacefull and welcoming. Only reason that it wasn't a 5 star was due to long wait to check in due to only people can do it which is weird

Just what Wakefield needed it’s an amazing place.. there was a few hiccups with the bowling lanes but they gave us 2 free games to compensate all in all great evening had by all we will be back

Nice and clean bowling alley, which you would expect given that it just opened a couple of weeks ago. Me and my toddler enjoyed the bowling experience itself.
However, the bowling check-in staff (x2) were very miserable and not welcoming at all. Not a single customer service skill in sight. It was a quiet Tuesday afternoon. I would understand if it was a busy day and they were flustered, but that was not the case. At least a third of the arcade games were still not set up which was shame given it’s been open a while. The arcade needs some more child friendly games

As you would expect with a new venue everything is clean tidy and good condition.
Lacked a bit of atmosphere, even though it was busy.

My experience was brilliant, can't say anything wrong, the staff were friendly and helpful, having a place like this in wakefield makes all the difference for family and friends and I'll defo be going again and probably on a regular basis.

Our 2nd visit and we did the bowl and meal offer - our meal never arrived and when we asked about it, it wasn’t clear what had happened, but it hadn’t been made, we waited another 30 mins and eventually got tepid food. Not a good experience, there were lots of staff around and the manager was very apologetic. Air con wasn’t on again which made bowling uncomfortable. Real shame they haven’t got proper pinsetters, the strings resulted in errors on scoring again. Come on Tenpin, you can do better than this.

Amazing place. Spacious with lots of things to do for kids and for Adults who want to feel like kids again! Haha. Great prices, great friendly staff and easy to book online with different offers on certain days! Don't miss out!

Fantastic first time there. Could do with the aircon turned up a bit! But apart from that, great experience!

A fantastic experience at the escape room... highly recommend. Reece was a fantastic host and to say they had only been open 2 days, he was a natural.

Bowling after was also really good... albeit very hot... turn the air con on guys!!

Overall great night!!
