I have ordered tubes, tires and other items from TerraTrike . I am quite happy with their prices as well as their customer service. They fulfill orders quickly and accurately. They are my first choice for all my bike-related needs.They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, they are easy to talk to, and they are super considerate.They do a great job! Thanks for what you do for cyclists!!!

Just purchased a "Traveler" after deciding that at age 80 balance was an issue on my Peugot racer. The operative consideration was smaller, lighter, and folding because we have an old house and no garage. Observations are: The ability to move the seat and adjust the boom are bonuses as skill levels change. Also found that the ability to change the position of the handles is an imperative. One suggestion is that owners put a magnet into the pouch on the back pack - this should help secure the 6 mil. hex wrench. One misses the ability to rank at 15 20 mph on the racer but "maybe" I'll get back to that

I purchased my Terratrike Rover i8 off the dealer's showroom floor. I took it home and gave it a spin around the block. The brakes were not working properly and when I had it in 5th gear, it was slipping. I was quite disappointed. For nearly $1700, I feel the quality was not there. I had to return it. The dealer offered to "fix" the brakes and check the shifter, but I declined and received my money back. I did not expect a brand new bike needing to be repaired right off the bat...Sorry Terratrike, I'm going to spend the extra money and buy a Catrike.

Customer service was very helpful and prompt with answers to my questions.

I ordered some accessories for my and my wife's Traveler trikes. Everything was in stock, shipped promptly with excellent communication, and arrived in perfect condition! What more can you ask for? Loving our trikes, especially now with warmer weather!

I purchased a 24" fender for my wife's Terra trike the directions were the worst I have seen in quite sometime. got the fender on and it hits the chain. Need to find out why the fender hits the chain and what to do about this problem.

Not only did I get my order in a reasonable amount of time but customer service helped me find the right part for my Terratrike disc brake pads.

Customer Service was extremely helpful. The entire transaction went very well.

The original seat pins wouldn't stay in. The locking pins are a lot better should be standard equipment.

My wife and I recently bought our third Terra Trike and we are both very pleased with it. This was our first time ordering direct from Terra Trike as the others were purchased through a dealer. The Terra Trike team make the ordering process very easy. They make sure you are getting exactly what you want and it was shipped directly to my door. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Their boxing and packing is ingenious. Also, when they say it is ready to ride, it truly is. It was set up and adjusted perfectly and I am very picky about my trikes. Also, they don't forget about you after the sale. I do all my own repair work and the Terra Trike team is always super helpful in getting me the parts needed and guiding me through the repair process. I might add, very little ever goes wrong with the trike and that is with me putting about 3,500 hard miles a year on it. For my money, you can't beat the Terra Trike product or the Terra Trike team and don't hesitate to order directly from them. ed

Gerrod was and has always been very kind and helpful in all my many questions about my Rambler. As far as my parts order went It was easy and quick and received my order in 7 days

Need to make accessories more apparent on the website.
Also, difficulty getting someone to answer the phone.

My order was placed. Confirmation quick. And they kept in touch via email on my order. A few days later my part was in. Keep up the good fight.

The american flags i bought were not worth near the money i paid for them. would not buy again .
