About time
About time, weve lived by the river all of our lives and often pushed for better use regarding passenger transport. At last UBER are doing it. We bought hop on hop off tickets on a sunday from barking riverside, top service, couldn't fault it, will certainly be using it againa s will most of our family. NOTE; get busy with the Tilbury connection, I had to pay £27.50min in total congestion charges, there is only so long I would do that before resorting to the train again, also, there are thousands of commuters and lesiure travellers in Tilbury, Grays and Purfleet.

Issues with ticket via uber, but resolved
Always a great way to see the Thames. Great staff on board.
Had issues with booking via the uber app resulting in several tickets being purchased for ONE trip. (app didn't clearly confirm immediately when you've successfully paid for a ticket, and so you have to go around again), and Uber don't help directly via the app. However, the customer service on the ThamesClipper website itself were brilliant and recognised the issue and refunded super quickly. Better than uber app would have done in my opinion!

I feel I was scammed by Uber Boat. Travel from Westminster to Greenwich and then from Greenwich to the Tower of London on the same day. I was charged £30 for the privilege, with 0 clarity of the costs of each 'tap in tap out' rates.

The tannoy system was set so high at…
The tannoy system was set so high at the open part on back of the boat I took at 1130 last Wednesday going east from London Bridge that we literally has to cover our ears -ambulance siren levels. As this is the only part of the boat that doesn't smell of fuel and polished plastic - like the old hovercrafts - should be carefully looked after. Unfortunately the crew say they have no access to volume level - it's the responsibility of the engineers. So that's all right then.....

Great service. Need more return boats
Regularly use the Uber boats to travel from Imperial wharf to meetings in the City. Great way to commute without the stress of the underground particularly when carrying heavy presentation kit. PLEASE can we have more direct boats on the return journey. Currently only one an hour. Would consider a travel pass if the service was more frequent and no need to change at Battersea Power station. I currently tube the return journey.

Normally all the staff are polite
Normally all the staff are polite, professional, and very helpful. Today on my trip from Westminster to Greenwich 1015am there were 2-3 times the number of staff and we were treated like cattle by 80% of the staff “stand there!” “Move here !” all abrupt and rude. I feel sorry for the staff I normally encounter on this trip who do an amazing job. Why were there so many staff and why were there so rude?

We booked a party of 4 to use the London Clipper after an event at the O2 finished early at 9:30. We waited a long time and people at the front of a queue were able to get on a boat. After a further 20 minute delay, another boat turned up and told us to find another means of transportation. I've asked for a refund twice now, with no response. Shocking process and system. Would definitely not recommend using them, unless you like throwing your money away

Alysha should get staff of the month

Under very difficult circumstances and lots of disgruntled customers she kept her cool and her smile. I hope Alysha day got better.
