Fast shipping, very happy with the purchase

Have i been scammed?
I dont know what to do I ordered my stuff on Oktober 17.
And I worte a number of emails to the customer Support but havent recieved an awnser yet.
I ordered a hoodie in the wrong size and wanted to change that but I think I got scammed.
I do not hope so but im not sure.

I purchased from the TheAntiLife in late July (~4 months ago) it’s clear that this item does not exist and that I will not be receiving my order. Extremely poor experience and completely let down.

If you want a jacket or a hoodie for next winter 2023, I would order without delay & it might turn up within the next year or so.

This company is a sham, especially on the darkwear community.

I write this as not only as an annoyed customer, but as someone who after stupidly placing on a order did the research into the company and how terrible it is.

As noted in many of the 1 star reviews, I still haven't received an order from around 6 weeks ago, plus no contact apart from a auto generated thank you email.

The Instagram will delete comments that call out their shady business model.

The worst of all is that as stated on the gov.uk website that 'the anti life LTD' was dissolved on 21 May 2019, this means that he is operating this company unlawfully.

Just before writing this review I have reached out and put in a complaint about this company through the gov.uk website and strongly suggest that everyone else does the same as it is the only way to save other potential customers from losing money to scum like 'Daniel Luke Jones.'

So the thing is that he literally makes the products himself. Yes i had orders that took more than 2 months but i still recieved my stuff. And i mean imagine doing this all yourself. My last order AL12737 was on october 23rd but still i trust him and he obviously wrote on the site that creating the product takes about 14-21 days plus shipping takes a lot of time too and don’t forget the brexit. I don’t think he scams i just think that all those points i just wrote about can make your order take more time but still look at the products, they are beautiful

I have ordered almost two months ago and nothing has come yet. I am not getting any response (just 1 introduction).
I highly recommend you not to buy anything on this e-shop.

Amazing communication with the owner + great dispatch time considering it’s all handmade by one person!

Never received a hoodie I ordered back in august, dude has told me multiple times he’s gonna make it and send it out. Just gave this dude 100 dollars and wants to claim I can’t dispute the transaction to my bank because the order was fulfilled. It never even shipped.

The creator reached out to me and kindly explained when I’d receive my package, he informed me that everything was done by himself, and he was very kind and professional.

My order arrived after four month but it was worth the waiting time because the quality of the print and the T-shirt is awesome. Will order again in the future. Thanks Daniel!

Extremely good quality piece, customer service was top-notch yet again, and communication all throughout the entire process.

Terrible. Took my money for an order of a tshirt and I never received it. Tried to contact support multiple times never received an answer. Also their ig looks sketchy because, after this happened, i’ve seen posts with 30 comments but only one or two to be seen (clearly the others were deleted and they were probably all people reclaiming their orders and money). But i was “lucky” enough to see one which mentioned a similar situation (someone asking for their order to be sent or their money back) and it got deleted days later when i checked. ofc. definitely a scam.

I’ve ordered twice from this brand now and although the first order took slightly longer than expected I’ve received everything I’ve purchased and all the items are amazing quality! My 2nd order was dispatched and delivered very quickly. I’ve already got more products that I will be ordering soon!

On November 2017 I bought a long-sleeve from this site but it never arrived. I wrote to Daniel on the customer service many times and he didn't resolve the question. (first he waited a restock, second he was sick (ok!) and third he went to Spain telling me on his return he would ship my order). It didn't happen.
Then last September I received the shipping confirmation without tracking, I wrote again customer service with no response and nothing.
I'm still "waiting" my long sleeve...

As per many other reviews, the anti life did not deliver my clothing and is not replying to any of my emails or Instagram messages.

I’ve been robbed of £80

Do not shop at this store, as you will most likely be left wondering when your package will finally arrive, while in reality, it won't ever happen. It seems as though this website is not an outright scam, as some people claim to have received their clothes and appear satisfied in terms of quality. It's truly a shame since I really love the design of the clothes, and as a lot of other customers, was willing to pay a premium for a custom-made, original, quality product, so I think the author might have made good money even without essentially scamming half of his customer base. For reference, I ordered a hoodie on March 28th 2022, it is now 31st of July, so it's been 4 months already. I have sent 2 e-mails asking for information and have messaged Daniel, seemingly the sole person behind the whole website, on Instagram, where he's active, showing videos of him working on the clothes. I have not received any response, nor the hoodie itself. I don't think Daniel is an outright crook, I think there might be some mental health or addiction issues, or the demand could be simply too big for one person to control, but this is not how the situation should be handled. If by any chance, you're reading this, Daniel, and want to make things right, my order number is AL12364.

I have ordered a motorcycle jersey more than a month and a half ago, and I have gotten 0 updates, 0, messages back. I have tried emailing, and messaging the antilife on Instagram but no answers. Total waste of 114 dollars. Hopefully this is some sort of mix up because I really want this. Order #AL12456
