Been waiting 6 month for a single hoodie that wasent even ment for me. pretty much lost hope at this point.

Incredible, I ordered on 17. January this year 3 articles and paid the same day 173,80 £ and still no answer, delivered goods or received my money back. Nothing and no answer. I wrote lots of emails concerning my order AL 12240 but I didn't received any answer or support. Please contact me immediately concerning my order number. THAT,S CRIMINAL

Bought a jacket, arrived a bit late due to some apparent issues with the production process. The jacket is of good quality and a real head-turner, and I constantly have people asking where I've bought it. I recommend this brand if you're patient enough to wait.

I’ve ordered 11/1/22 a jacket and it’s still unfulfilled no answer from customer service.
I do think I got scammed
If they can help me with any information it would be useful.

Great seller, informed me of the process regarding the items being hand made. And still got my order made and out to me before the original expected date.

I have yet to receive my order as I am in Canada but so far satisfied with the customer service. my order has been shipped after 14 days (the soonest it was estimated), I’m looking forward to my package! props to Daniel for all his hard work love your fashion and kind emails:)

Ordered some joggers in mid January, since then have received no update and no response from customer service or on social media.

I ordered the Extinction Hoodie (XL) on December 5th. Since then I wrote 2 e-mails to Daniel and one bad review. He only replied after the bad review explaining that he had covid etc. The hoodie arrived on March 14th. The overall quality is 9,5/10. I was reconciled that I got scammed but as its turns out shipping to europe takes really long time.

Fits perfect plus tye material is the best part and low-key the shipping was fast ngl a 10/10

Didn't hear anything for months despite trying my best to contact the brand. My order finally got shipped with an apology mail.

Ordered 3 items on the 25th of December received 2 and was told I had to wait for the last item as it was out of stock. I was told this would take 2 weeks yet its been more than a month since it should have been sent . I've tried to contact multiple times with no response.
