Don't even deserve 1 star. Me & my friends bought wallets and handbags from this website but we only received a cheap sunglasses. We lost hundreds of riggit. Please do not buy from them. Totally SCAM. Shame on you bag outlet.

Lucky Im not buy just put all the item in chart but when I open my email nothing receive confirm from bagoutline. So that time I already have something not right this website. Then I Google reviews then confirmed this is scam website. Everyone plz alert and be careful before buy anything from on9 website

No function of their CS email not reply now you giving me sunglasses instead of 2 bags?? Please help me how do i take action or make a refund upon this. You bas**** scammer !!

I bought charles and keith bag and shoes for RM300 but I received a sunglasses. Cheap sunglasses they give me. Scammer. Hope they die peacefully eat my money.

I discovered this outlet was from Hong Kong not from UK as stated below. I was so surprised i just found this review after i purchased a few bags from this website.

I am so angry! I receive a sunglasses today! I bought bags and paid RM200+ for it! There is no customer service contact and we cannot get in touch with the merchant! It is a scam!!!
Before placing order, I have checked for the review here, but it seems to be not accurate!
How can they be so unethical! Anyone able to help report on them? Any ways to do so? Please let me know, Contact me.

This is fraudulent site...posing to be Ted Baker London...plz don't fall into their trap

Even the one star is too many, wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the bag. As with everyone else no bag arrived and random sunglasses sent. Appalling scam but will live and learn.

Items not received ! Phone number doesn’t exist !!!! Company sent a cheap imitation pair of sunglasses instead of two leather handbags - now 10 weeks later and company is telling me not to return the glasses because they will get lost AND they can only refund me 40%

Ordered 2 Radley bags on 1st November and they have still not arrived and like someone else has mentioned a random pair of sunglasses have arrived

I bought an 'Aspinal' wallet as a Christmas present from The Bag Outlet in mid November. Sadly, it was unsuitable for the recipient so I tried returning it immediately after Christmas. Doubts were raised immediately
- The company website was closed so there was no published returns policy
- Phone & email details on Trust Pilot were inaccurate as at 28.12.20
- There was no reply to instagram direct messaging
- I finally called 'Aspinal' & found The Bag Outlet is not an official distributor
- When I succeeded in making contact with The Bag Outlet, it both refused a refund on the return of my purchase or to explain the provenance of my purse

Genuine designer bags at great prices.
Highly recommend this website!

I absolutely love my bag!! Really good service and got it delivered even faster than anticipated! Would definitely order again from here and recommend as well!!
