Goods were received in good time (Prowarm electric heating) , and although there was a slight glitch in terms of what I received, the issue was dealt with extremely efficiently by Rob, who was super helpful in ensuring that it was all resolved to my satisfaction. I can definitely recommend this company as not only do they have a good selection of products, their aftercare (thanks to Rob) is excellent. Just be aware they have had problems with their email and landline but hopefully that has been resolved now.

Excellent customer service. Had a couple of small problems with missing items and a faulty thermostat but they were only too happy to send out replacements for next day delivery.

The service from Rob was brilliant. He recommended to go with the overlay wet system in our full house renovation and extension. Designed and delivered within a few days with quality materials, can’t go wrong. Top service 👍

Great company to deal with, everything I needed in the box, with clear instructions, all arrived in a timely manor, only issue I had was with courier company they just left my packages on the door step, without knocking on door despite my car been on the drive and myself been in.
