Dr. José Costa is very approachable, knowledgable and open minded. Empathetic and realistic at the same time.

Dr Costa was fantastic with our teenage daughter, we found out she had a bad allergy to Grass and he prescribed a nasal med to help. Such a fountain of knowledge and very pleasant and professional too. Thank you

The Doctor was clearly an expert in his field and his expertise and knowledge conveyed wisdom and understanding.

A consultation with Dr Costa, either in person or remotely, is one which is relaxed, detailed and thorough. He explains medical technicalities in an understandable way. I am particularly impressed with the detail that he records and transposes on to the post consultation clinical report.

Dr Costa is great Doctor. Explains everything really well and genuinely cares about is patients. My appointment was very informative and I had my testing done immediately, with results within 15 mins. Following my appointment, i received a letter detailing everything we discussed, plus advice moving forwards. I'm really happy that i made my appointment with Dr Costa and would highly recommend him to anyone suffering with any allergy problems

We had a very helpful visit with Dr Costa. I now have a clear picture of the allergy issues my daughter has and some actions to take as follow up. After 2.5 years of problems it is nice to have my mind at rest on the issue. I felt listened to and the difficulties of a colicky baby acknowledged which was a relief after it never being supported by the NHS system.

I found Dr Costa to be most pleasant. He instantly put me at ease and was both extremely informative and interesting, diagnosing my issue almost instantly. I have been back and forth to my GP and tried many medicines in the past year. My only regret is that I didn’t visit him sooner!

Dr Costa helped us to have a better understanding of eczema. The allergy test brought to light that our daughter has a severe allergy to dust mites which is likely to be contributing to her skin condition. Dr Costa was extremely helpful and provided us with an information sheet on ways we can try to prevent dust mites in the home. A clear action plan which we feel will make a huge difference to our daughters skin. We have also eliminated wheat from her diet and we have noticed a difference already. Thank you Dr Costa for allowing us to finally feel like we were being listened to, you instantly put us at ease and we feel a huge weight has been lifted after getting some answers as to why the flares ups were happening so aggressively and so regularly.

Dr Costa and his team are empathetic, kind and were wonderful with my little one.

We felt listened to during our appointment with Dr Costa. We felt that our concerns were heard and that he took the time to formulate our and our baby’s issues rather than jumping to conclusions. He was informative and caring.

After months of body hives, swollen faces and avoiding food out of fear of having allergic reactions, I got answers from Dr Costa about why and how my body was reacting to certain foods and animals. There were are a lot of aha moments and he was very thorough and explained the cause and possible diagnosis, something the GP could not do. I was given advice on the right medication to take and the investigation has moved forward. Without Dr Costa's intervention, I would still be unclear about my medication and what precautions I need to take. Thank you.

As an adult, I needed to see an Allergy Specialist who could advise on mild symptoms I had as a child. Dr Costa and his colleague took time to understand my backstory and explained things in a simple effective manner. Clear explanations and warm guidance really made me feel at ease.
