This is a scam. I seen it on mrs hinch page on Instagram that’s why I ordered. They took money no emails since initial confirmation waited and no order now they have removed their website. They are still on Instagram.

This website is a SCAM!!!! They have now deleted their website and turned off their comments on their social media platforms!! DO NOT BUY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING!!! You email them and they don’t reply!!! I bought my item May 5th. It said it would take up to ten weeks to ship; meaning I should receive my item the week of July 14th. It is now August 5th, which is almost 4 weeks late. So, I missed out on having a great gift for my friend, who has been trying for YEARS to get pregnant, in time for her baby shower. It would have been nice to at least have it by the time she gives birth, but considering I’ve sent multiple emails and messages to their social medias without a reply, then noticing they SHUT THIER WEBSITE DOWN, that I’m not getting anything! Terrible business! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

I really wish I had read reviews before I ordered. The website looks lovely and official. It is a total scam. Nothing will be delivered and no contact can be made. It's disgusting that so many people have been scammed and they are still doing it.

I too ordered a scalloped Moses basket with stand £400. I too had paid in good faith and i too never received my order.
I did however have countless emails saying it’s on order, we are waiting for the stands to arrive, we have a tracking number, can you leave a review stating how happy you are with your purchase!!!! WHAT A LAUGH!!!! An order that I never received…our granddaughter arrived and we had to purchase another crib with another company( which may I add did honour my order and was sent out within 3 days)
As for The Cosy Baby Company you are diabolical! 😡I’m so glad we paid it on credit card as the bank honoured our money back….

Clearly this is a scam website so why is it still up and running. Come on Tripadvisor itself and all other platform hosts. You can see the reviews so close the evil minded people down. You can if you want to. As for CosyBaby GFY!

My daughter has put an order it’s now 12 weeks. I have not had a response sent various emails as well as text messages as I located a picture of the person who manufactures these as well as her number even today. I have sent an email but unfortunately I have no other response it’s now over 12 weeks. The order was placed on 14 April and I have a payment slip. This is so annoying not only for my daughter, but for everybody who uses this company, I therefore have decided that I’m gonna proceed in chasing this company. It’s not good as it’s not about the money but it’s more of how people are let Down Numerous times emails text messages, but no reply. If anybody has the same issues, I’m more than happy to send her number and I am actually taking legal action against this company.

Really disappointed to have trusted this company. No response to emails, only responded when I first placed the order and now there has been no contact or reassurance.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO. I bought back in April for my daughter’s first baby due in August. Reading all the reviews here I wish I had read them before I ordered. I see the pattern of their behaviour in the email I got that the server has gone down, email for a small amount of postage to be paid but radio silence to my numerous emails and DMs. No sign of my Moses basket and suspect it will never turn up. I bought after I saw Mrs Hitch post about their gift to her. I bet others have too. Have messaged her to let her know but no reply. Suspect their gift was a cynical plot to get more orders. Luckily I got all my cash back from my bank who are amazing. The Cosy Baby website has no ability to comment on their posts which says something. One star is too much for them and I really think they are the worst of the worst to prey on Mums to be.

I made an order on the 24th March with the understanding that the moses baskets take up to 10 weeks. I then received an email from the company on the 11th week saying that there emails had been down but they would be replying within 24hrs. I emailed, waited 72hrs, no reply. I then chased this email up with another 4 emails. Again not 1 reply. Due to not getting any replies from anyone, I decided to dispute the payment with my bank (Hoping I will get the money back). I have sent 2 emails since this explaining what I have done. Still no reply. I have had to go elsewhere to order another moses basket, so at the moment I am currently £800 in!!! Wish I had seen all of the reviews for the company before placing the order but due to high following (including famous people) on social media, I thought it was a safe bet. Clearly NOT!

Do not order from this company!
I ordered a Moses basket with matching changing mat back in March. I wanted to add on 2 white fitted sheets to my order, which Lucy replied straight away and took the extra money with emails back and forth within 2 days.
I was aware of the 10 week wait time, however there was no communication after this when I was emailing for an update on my order. It’s now way past the 10 weeks, I have no update, no Moses basket and due my baby in the next few weeks. Such a shame for a company like this to be scamming vulnerable women who are expecting a new life who without a doubt do not need this added stress! Please avoid!

Disgraceful company, placed an order at the beginning of April, wish to god I had viewed all these reviews before parting with my money, nearly £400 pound spent on stress, anxiety, poor communication and ultimately a process that has ended with me contacting my bank to try and reclaim the money. I have sent over 20 emails all of which have simply been ignored completely, they did send one vague email from "Lucy" saying they had difficulties with their emails, that was before another 19 emails. The stress this entire process has caused me has been horrific, I am nearing my due date and now have to wait for a refund from the bank before I can buy a mosses basket, its just sickening how this lot can pray on pregnant women, I have no doubt I probably would never have received it in time, and looking at what others have stated it probably wouldn't have been worth the money anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Do not order from the cosy baby, they are a scam. Ordered a pom pom baby blanket back in May which stated was in stock on the website and still waiting on my item. I have contacted the company numerous times through email and social media with no response. Avoid at all cost, i wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering.

I ordered a Moses basket in January 25 and I have not received a single thing.
I have tried to email and contact through various social media for an update and I have had minimal replies. They used various excuses like they were waiting for Moses basket stands to be delivered and they were awaiting a collection date from parcel force.
I have requested a refund via email and I have been ignored.

Wish I had read the reviews before hand!
Ordered my Moses basket plus other accessories and still have not received them after 15 weeks! Have tried contacting them through several emails, online and instagram and have just been blanked. You would think they are a legit company going by how many followers they have on instagram and the aesthetic of their page but clearly not. Very very disappointing. Let’s hope i can get a refund from them. It’s appalling that they are taking advantage of pregnant women who have enough expense to pay out for everything and then are being scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a Moses basket in November for a baby due in may . After weeks and weeks of being lied to and ignored I had to start a dispute with Klarna ! Only then did they send tracking links where it clearly stated the courier had attempted to collect the parcel but was unable to! They lied and said they had it - ended up getting it delivered the day I was scheduled in hospital! I was offered a blanket with name on as a good will gesture … told it was sent but it’s lost now I’m being ignored. This is the short version. Absolute nightmare of a company avoid ! I paid 400 pounds for stress and a flimsy Moses basket !

I wish I could give them no stars.I ordered a baby nest in December 2024 for late January delivery £72 with shipping! And it’s now June 2025 and never received it and they’re now ignoring my emails? My baby is 3 months old and never had the nest. I’m so angry and upset please avoid this company so sad reading the other reviews disgusting! 04/02/25 was when I first reached out to ask where it was it’s now 10/06/25. I’m in every right to believe they have taken my money and are now ignoring me!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a Moses basket early 2024 ready for October. Had to email so many times to check it was being sent and on the way. It went well over the 10 week time frame by the time the basket arrived. Within about a handful of uses it started to come apart at the handles. Sent pictures of the thread that was loose and they arranged the basket to be collected. After 3 attempts to collect it it finally went back. It’s now been over 2 months and still no replacement basket. After sending email after email they finally got back to me saying none of the emails they’d sent came through to me and to contact them on another email address (funny how this email got through to me though). They said they’d sent a replacement but it was ‘lost’ by the delivery company. They said they’d provide me with a tracking number. I’ve never had this number. I’ve emailed almost every day for over a week and still not heard back. I’ve now demanded a refund because I’m sick of the hassle. Terrible customer service or lack of. Avoid the trouble and buy a cheaper Moses basket that does the same job.
