Happy with the iPhone case in green initially, but after a few months the leather is rubbing off in a few parts, and the engraving is wearing off. It’s looking shabby.

Apparently good quality but stitching on card slots was too near the edge and leather very thin. This has resulted in a loose flap. Would not recommend unfortunately. Have bought another case.

Just received a leather case for a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and amplifier very happy with the price, quality and speed of despatch. Thank you.

Beautiful cases and lovely engraving.
I've had three cases from them and all have long outlasted my mobile phone. Excellent quality.

Customer service is also stellar. On my most recent order, a glitch meant that my intended engraving was not, in fact, added to the cart. I greatly appreciated that they contacted me to clarify, so that in the end the engraving was added.

Even with that delay, they managed to ship my case the same day.

Great quality sunglasses pouches, but also able to use for multiple purposes. Large enough to fit phones or other small devices. Secure pouch with toggle, so great inexpensive product. Delivered promptly. Highly recommend, thankyou.

Great company great service and what’s more great price. This is the second Ed Hicks phone case that I have purchased. The second one was not because the first had worn out it was because I had purchased a different model phone. If, and it looks the same quality as my first, I will be hanging on to this case until I upgrade again.

Long time customer and David always goes the extra mile. But great customer service doesn’t mean anything without a great product and my iPhone cases are always superb. Great value as well.

I wanted to replace a phone case I had previously purchased from this vendor for my elderly iPhone. The case was not apparent on their website so I phoned the vendor. David said he would look to see whether he had any of the cases. He quickly messaged to say he had none, but had found a few other cases which might suit and he intended to send them to me free of charge. My phone is now in a lovely Drew Lennox leather case, at no cost to me. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered one of their elegant black leather phone wallets with stylish red decoration; it arrived in a day, but with the embossed name in a font I hadn’t ordered. David was charmingly apologetic and immediately had a replacement engraved in the requested font, and that arrived the day after too.
Not only fine craftsmanship but graciously efficient service - I could not be happier.

Bought my wife a turquoise leather phone case from hicks way.
After about 8 months the leather began to fade in places.
Contacted their customer services, on a Sunday afternoon.
Within an hour, a gentleman by the name of David replied, and offered a replacement, but did advise that a different colour might be advisable.
She chose a black case with red stitching.
The replacement arrived within 3 days, fantastic service, thankyou

The leather part of the case is well made, however, the case part that holds the phone has a soft black rubber skin which scratches and peels off and looks very unsightly. I contacted Ed Hicks about this but nothing heard from them!

This is the second iphone case I have purchased from Ed Hicks. The quality is second to none, and the leather is genuine hide. The stitching is perfect and the phone fits snugly inside the case. There is plenty of room for the credit cards and the magnetic catch stays closed. I cannot fault it. The product arrived within 2 days, well packaged and with a cloth case. I couldn't be happier with the product and can thoroughly recommend the company and the products.

Have ordered phone cases before from this company, so knew they were good.

This time they went above and beyond, as I hadn't realised the slim line Roma case didn't have the card slots. I find these so helpful, so asked if I could swop - not a problem and no postage charge to return it either!
