Everything good to say about floor barn. I’ve used many companies to fit carpets over the years and this company are a pleasure to deal with. No hassling, transparent costs, no last minute surprises. The two fitters were lovely and a credit. They even altered my doors as the carpets were thick. Took everything away and hoovered when finished (and during the fit). Moved furniture and were very patient and helpful. A complete professional service at reasonable and competitive prices.

What an excellent service Sarah and her team provide from start to finish. On visiting the showroom I received an excellent service from Keeley, who I understand was new to the role. She was extremely helpful, polite and courteous to a very busy shop. The workmen who came to fit my flooring were also very professional, did an excellent job, came when they said they would. I am extremely pleased with my flooring and service provided by The Floor Barn. Would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend.

We have used Floor Barn twice, laminate flooring and more recently new carpet throughout the house. It’s not often I leave a review but I can’t praise this company enough. From meeting Sarah in the shop to Simon and his team of fitters, they are all great ambassadors for their company.

Keeley was absolutely amazing in helping me choose my flooring and arranging my sitting. She was very polite, understanding and not pushy in the slightest, very thankful for all the time she spent with me. Over the moon with my choice. The shop has a huge selection and it was very clean and tidy. There was a beautiful fire and retro arcade style games for the children.

Excellent service and very satisfied with carpets and vinyl.

This is a family run local business, who's professional attitude, helpfulness and caring manner, deserves 5 stars from us.

Fantastic company from behind to end. I have used Floor Barn to lay all my carpets and laminate flooring for years. Their customer service is excellent, they communicate regularly, always come in with a fair price, stick to schedule and are highly skilled fitters. I would highly recommend.

I recently had laminate flooring fitted in my living room , im absolutely over the moon with the results it looks beautiful . The craftsman ship is superb . The floor barn team were incredible from start to finish they talked me through everything

I cannot recommend the floor barn highly enough, their shop has such a varied range of flooring types, I initially went in thinking I wanted a vinyl floor but I ended up seeing some amazing laminate flooring, I was assisted by a lovely lady called keeley who helped me pick out the best flooring that matched with my decorating, the guys who came to fit the flooring where amazing, they did a solid job and even took away all the rubbish.

I will be recommending them to all my friends and family as they’ve done an fantastic job and they are a local family run firm :)))

I recently had LVT fitted throughout my downstairs and carpets installed in three bedrooms, and I am absolutely over the moon with the results! The Floor Barn team have been incredible from start to finish.

Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed all the way through, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. The showroom is beautiful, with lots of choice at really competitive prices.

I highly recommend The Floor Barn – amazing service, brilliant quality, and my home looks stunning. Thank you!

Great service and fantastic flooring!
I went looking for a hard floor to replace my carpet. I wanted something of quality that could withstand the cats & a mop.
The other half was adamant he didn’t want the ‘wood’ look and wanted a grey.
Sarah talked me through the styles, the differences and didn’t try to pressure me at all. She just listened and gave me the options available.
There were plenty of samples to see and feel and we did actually end up choosing an Oak colour Quickstep floor after all.

Measure & Fit were booked in by the polite young lad that works there.
The fitters turned up as arranged. They were respectful and moved the furniture to ensure they could fit the floor efficiently. It flows through my room and into the hall seamlessly.
I bought biscuits and coffee but they only stopped once. They worked their socks off!

Thank you Floor Barn for a great experience. Sale to Fitting was fantastic. I will be back with the other half clears the moths from his wallet 🙂

Sarah and Simon are knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. They offer an incredibly wide range of flooring and help guide you towards the ones best for you. What makes them a stand out company is their communication which was full and comprehensive. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Floor Barn to anyone who needs new flooring.

Really, really bad experience with this company. Never again will I use them. To your reply...no one has asked for my bank details to reimburse me and you have ignored my emails to contact me. You have 7 days to reimburse otherwise legal action will be taken. Also, when are you dropping off the thousands of pounds of flooring you owe me No word about that at all. You have resolved this by dumping £7000 worth of flooring on me unfitted. Not resolved at all. We are old people.

We have had a great experience with the Floor Barn Ltd, after having several trades people in to quote for a variety of floors following some major renovations we decided to pop in and get a quote from a proper company. We couldn’t be happier, from the lovely sales lady who originally talked us through our options to the estimator and then fitting the process was easy and we were kept in the loop well throughout.

We opted for invictus herringbone LVT throughout our hallway, downstairs toilet, kitchen/diner and utility, so it was a big job. The quote was reasonable and given the quality of the fitting we would say represented great value. All aspects of the fitting were sorted for us, including a plumber to take out and reinstall the downstairs toilet. Attention to detail was excellent, and even where a tiny bit of plaster chipped during the removal of the skirting boards this was sorted by the fitters. The three fitters were all friendly and accommodating.

We could not have been happier with the service recieved. The shop even called upon completion to make sure we were happy with the install.

if you have questions and need advice on products and a team to deliver to the highest standards look no further great experience from start to finish would highly recommend.

Was driving past 13th of February so popped in to look at replacing my kitchen and bathroom floor I was greeted by a lady who made it feel like I was interrupting her day by popping in. I explained that I don’t know much about flooring, but what I was looking for is what I think is called Lino And for the five minute interaction was pulling faces like I was thick when I was asking about flooring options. If this is any person that you have working in the showroom floor, I suggest any customer not to visit.

Recently had a lvt floor and skirting board fitted in the living room. Right from the visit to the showroom the service was excellent. Kept me upto date with the progress and even shut shop for an hour to deliver floor prior to fitting as we were on our way back from holiday and was running late. Floor looks lovely as does the skirting. The fitter was professional in every aspect and left the room clean and tidy. Overall great experience and would recommend

What do you want from a company? Price, quality, and service sums it up. We've had all three at Floor Barn and that's taken us back twice again after our first purchase. A family firm, and it shows. Fitters are as accomplished at hard flooring as they are at carpets, courteous and helpful.

They came twice as part of a bathroom refit. First to level the floor , ready for the bathroom furniture fitting and then to fit the subfloor and lvt. They were tidy, diligent and friendly and really knowledgeable giving us advice on other flooring issues in the house. I would certainly use them again
