I waited 7 weeks for a product to arrive and it was faulty. It's taking weeks to get the corrections made and my requests to speak directly to the manager, have been ignored. This is a very stressful experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because of this.

Great service great product great price!
We needed new cushions for a passenger boat. The foam shop were brilliant from the start from advising on products and how to measure for curved seat cushions. They arrived when they were promised and look great complete with contrasting piping. Thank you!

I was struggling to get Waxed Cotton Cambric locally or onlne (needed it posted on the roll) and almost gave in when I contacted the Faom Shop and they saiduse our sister store Livedale and they will post on the roll. I use the material for Pond Yacht Sails so needed it uncreased. So big thanks to Cy at sales.

bought a memory foam cushion went flat as soon as sat on it tried to return it but because it was cut to size its classed as Custom made, bespoke tailor made and are not be eligible for a refund so refund refused

I ordered a small test piece of foam, unfortunately it arrived with the wrong dimensions (1inch thick instead of 1cm, easily done). When I emailed to let them know, I received an immediate reply, apology and solution. I also wanted to try a different density, which they threw in for free, by way of apology. They could not have been easier or better to deal with, thoroughly recommend.

Incredibly helpful staff. I phoned up unsure what type of foam I needed to make a dog bed. The person I spoke to was super knowledgeable and suggested a foam based on intended use & my breed of dog. Foam came cut to size perfectly, fantastic quality and I’ve now got a beautiful bed. Thanks so much!

After saving up for a long time to get a van and convert to a day van, I thought I’d leave the sofa bed cushions to the professionals. On initial contact, sales team were amazing, went over and above to get a price that fits my very tight budget, we agreed on a price and I asked if I could take a day to think it over (£375 is a lot of money for a single parent) I reached out next day to ask the lead time to be told 4 weeks, I needed the cushions for my 40th trip away (today) and was told yeah we can defo accommodate that. Fast forward to yesterday (delivery day) the sales manager was blunt and said no update on when the cushions would be ready. I asked for an update by end of the day as I would need to go get alternative. Long story short, they are now ignoring me. I have called/emailed, appreciate only 24hours but considering my order was meant to be here yesterday they would have the decency to even acknowledge an email. Sadly, this has thrown a major overcast on what was meant to be a special occasion to get away with family and now I’ve had to lose a day of my holiday to make my own cushions and have to borrow money! It’s just unacceptable. I very rarely write a bad review as I always try understand from a business forefront but for me it’s an avoid if your on a tight schedule. Can’t comment on quality or craftsmanship.

Placed an order, had the invoice, paid the invoice and dropped in our cushions to be recovered plus needing some new cushions and covers. The company then refunded our money without telling us first before then sending us an 'updated' price nearly £200 more. This is in breach of their own terms and conditions as well as contract law. Strangely we declined their offer and have asked for our cushions to be returned as we live 80 mile round trip away, they have refused!! I suggest you give this company a very wide berth.

The customer service of this company is incredible and in my experience quite unique. They go over and above to help and support you with any queries and decisions you are unsure about. There is always someone at the end of the phone when you call which is also refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as you don’t just get what you are looking for, you also come away with that feel good factor. Thank you to them all.

This is our second order - the first was for mattresses for our campervan and this was to replace mattresses/seat cushions for a sofa bed. I had a query about the best product for the sofa bed and someone called me back to help. Ordering online is easy, the email updates let you know how the process is going and when to expect delivery. The mattresses were well packed, arrived on time and are good quality. Very happy with the products, the price and the service.

Great foam perfect cut lovely experience top notch

Really helpful people, keeping everything simple and easy. I sent two empty large couch cushions covers, they were returned really quickly with new pads ready to put back on the couch. Better than brand new, they have transformed an old second hand couch into something as good as new at a fraction of the cost of a new sofa. Extremely good value for money.

I can't thank everyone enough at TheFoamShop for my custom made camper car mattress, made exactly to the specification I requested. Mark ensured I received the correct foam to suit my body weight and comfort I required. The upholstery is second to none, they even made bed sheets to suit the mattress profile.
I received my mattress ahead of schedule as I was going away hiking, they went above and beyond to ship my mattress in time for my trip.

I puchased 2x memory foam scatter cushions made from their offcuts of memory foam. They are perfect for what I need, nice and firm and return to shape. I was really fed up of fibre cushions going flat. I'm surprised memory foam scatter cushions aren't easier to buy more generally, so it's great that this company provide the option. They are slightly knobbly looking, which it to be expected due to the offcuts, but isn't noticeable under my cushion covers. They are really comfortable for me, I love them. Mine are washable @ 40° if you remove the filling. They are a lovely quality inner cushion material. I received all the notifications that I was supposed to receive and I was able to track my parcel. The delivery was slightly annoying as the tracking stated that delivery would be one day, though on that day it was changed to the next day, when they did then arrive. However, this was the delivery company and not the foam shop. The cushions were very well packaged. Really happy with the purchase and I hope that they last as long as I think they will.

Fabulous advice on the phone before ordering, great price, new cushions arrived back exactly on schedule too. Really pleased with the new feather seat cushions for my Chesterfield, incredibly comfortable and plump up so well. Sent the covers off to ensure the best fill too.
