Ordered mattress for vw pop top, unfortunately even though we'd ordered the slimmest size and checked the clearance as guided, the roof wouldn't shut properly so we had to return the product. Not the shops fault as I appreciate all pop tops are different. Agreed the return via chat and paid £18 for the pleasure, took over a month to get the refund but turned out to be change of staff and illness causing delays and now resolved.

The site made working out what sort of foam I needed easy, but I was able to double check with a conversation as well. I posted off a template and have received exactly what I wanted. Found the emails reporting on what stage the order had reached helpful. Really appreciate how well it’s made, skilled job. Thanks

Not 5 stars because the web page isn't particularly easy to negotiate but otherwise excellent service, delivery as promised and kept up to speed with progress. Item arrived well packed and exactly as ordered.

I ordered some memory foam cut to size for my campervan on 08/02/2024 with a lead time of 7 working days. I needed it for a trip on 24/02/2024. When I questioned it's no show by email I was assured it would arrive by 23/02/2024. I had to ring up on 22/02/2024 when I hadn't heard anything more only to be told that a supplier had let them down and that there was nothing they could do. Apart from the unrealistic lead time, some communication regarding the delay would have been professional and courteous. The woman's "not my problem" and "we have too many orders to email you" attitude on the phone irked.

The ordering was easy and i was kept informed throughout the whole process.
Delivered on time and the mattress appears of good quality and well made.

Exchanged filled sofa seat cushions with foam, dacron and polywrap. Great customer service and communication in order to get a quote. Progress reports right up to delivery.

The sofa is now comfortable and has years left in it.

The delivery arrived, after the courier, DX, initially said that they could not deliver. They did not ring my doorbell, and, despite saying they had, did not leave a card to say they had tried. The re-arranged delivery, by the same driver, was made as it should have been the previous day. The quality of the covers is excellent, and fits perfectly.

Absolute quality . Ordered capmper van foam mattress 50% base foam 50%memory foam with cover 👌👌👌 quick turn around and delivery ,well packaged . Would def recommend the foam shop👍👍👍

They fixed the cover in 15 minutes on the spot at an amazing price.

The Foam Shop is absolutely fantastic both in terms of products, price and customer service. Right from the first phone contact when they gave me excellent advice about the right foam for my dog's bed and cushion, through to regular updates during the creation process to delivery to the door. The memory foam bed with topper cushion are superbly made and fit my dog's bed to perfection - he is very pleased indeed. Many thanks and I shall certainly use this company again and recommend to others.

Ordered a bag of foam crumbs online for collection. My order was ready within a couple of days and upon collection I was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and purchase from The Foam Shop again. Thanks! :)

Placed an order that took approximately a week to turn round and get delivered which wasn’t an issue for us, However when the item arrived it consisted of two pieces joined together by glue. I shared my disappointment by email and they responded the same day stating that they were sorry about my disappointment but it is in their terms and conditions that this could happen unless the costumer stated otherwise. An oversight on my side, but annoyed that you pay the same good money for an item that maybe joined or not. Read terms and conditions!

good product, good price, speedy delivery

The Foam Shop had a well designed website so it was reasonably easy to find what I required to upgrade my dining room seat pads but with no experience in this, I thought I would get something wrong but Sarah's advice was most helpful. Every thing arrived after a few days and all went well. Had a bit of a job applying the vinyl seat covers but eventually got the hang of using the hair dryer at the corners. All completed and we are very happy with the final appearance. Very impressed with the Foam Shop and highly recommend them.
