Amazing service from Wes and Ray!

They helped me sort out my finance and I was able to drive away on the same day. All around great experience from a professional team.

I recently bought an Audi Q7 from the team and was impressed by the level of service, honesty and patience. The car was in superb condition and the team was flexible in collecting and dropping me off at the train station during the process. They were able to arrange a competitive finance agreement on site within 20 minutes and then I collected the car at the end of the day after work. Highly recommend the company for luxury used cars. Very happy customer.

This is slightly different as I sold my car on motorway to The Hertford Car Company.
Nick arrived on time had a though look around my Range Rover, took it for a test drive and I had the money which had been agreed in my account within a few minutes. Nick made a comment that the car was in good condition, but when they are finished with it my car would look and feel brand new.

Had been looking for my next car for a while as existing was 20 yrs old but still reliable. Found what seemed a good deal at Hertford Car Company on Autotrader (It's a bit out of the way). A very clean looking car with a very low mileage had me wondering if it was ok. Did quite a bit of research and spoke to Ray who gave me good clear information on the phone. Booked to view and went with my old car. I was given plenty of time to have a good look all over the new car and took it for quick test drive. All the staff were very pleasant, business like and easy to deal with. Agreed P/X price for old car and purchased new Citroen the same day with confidence. Seems to be a good clean low mileage car and drove well on the way home. Very pleased with my deal. Thanks Ray and staff.

They picked me up in the car from the station. Car was as in pictures and description. Helped with drive-away insurance and change of ownership.
