Having made an error when orderingâŠ
Having made an error when ordering something from the Homeware Outlet I rang up the next day and spoke to Jess who organised the cancellation of my order even though it was the next day. She was super friendly and helpful and feel confident to buy from this company again knowing the aftercare is so efficient and supportive

Thank you for your review, Kieran. We are very sorry to hear your order from us has not arrived.
From taking a look into this I can see the order was returned to us by Evri which I am very sorry for and cannot see why they chose not to attempt delivery of this, I will be raising this with our logistics partner to see what may have happened here.
In the meantime I can see we emailed you last week regarding this order and querying how you would like to proceed, whenever you are ready please could you kindly respond and we will be more than happy to assist with this.
Best wishes,
Jess

Wrong item sent
I ordered a standard Peter Reed Oxford pillowcase in October 2023. When I came to use it in May 2024 I found that I had been sent a square pillowcase, which is of no use to me. I'd like to recommend that customers check their orders immediately on receipt, as obviously by the time I discovered the mistake the order was outside the refund window of 28 days.

Our returns period is 28 days and we do urge our customers to check their delivery upon receipt so we can look to rectify any issues that may have arisen as quickly and efficiently as we can.
Once again, I am so sorry that this has happened, and if you have any further questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@thehomewareoutlet.com and we would be most happy to help.
