Poor service
The items I ordered arrived damaged, the returns process was badly managed and I still haven't received my refund. I rang Homeware Outlet to enquire when I would receive my refund and was told someone would get back to me but no-one has. Very poor customer service. Not impressed.

The Homeware outlet provides great…
The Homeware outlet provides great value for money. I have found many quality items for very reasonable prices. Wonderful to see brands from overseas with a reasonable price and postage price.
Having purchases a few times, I have noticed it takes a while to dispatch an order and upon receiving orders, some outer packaging has either been scuffed, damaged or is dirty, which is not ideal when giving items as gifts.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us Alexandra. We are really pleased to hear that you loved our product selection and the prices we offer, it's always great when you can pick up such a bargain!
Our aim is always to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with the majority of order being dispatched and delivered within 2-4 days. Over the festive period, delivery times were slightly slower, due to the volume and time of year, but our teams are working behind the scenes to send deliveries as quickly as possible.
Thank you for sharing your feedback on our packaging. We would always expect your item to arrive in perfect condition, however, if there is an item and the packaging is not quite perfect, we will reflect this in a higher discount being applied to the item.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback with us and if you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 4880 062 or info@thehomewareoutlet.com.
