Excellent service all round, Hannah is a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.

After being let down by a main supplier, I found IT Bay on google searches and was not disappointed at their support.
Within 1 day of enquiring I had my delivery. Hannah and Loraine could not have helped anymore. Seamless ordering and transactions. Very happy with our products, very happy with free speedy delivery and very happy with communication and after care. I will certainly be using the IT Bay for future orders.

Excellent price and outstanding service! Bought a new laptop for my daughter heading off to uni. Wanted a RAM upgrade to the model listed so called for a quote. Jacob was extremely helpful and gave me a great price. The extra RAM was installed within hours and the laptop arrived next day.

Found this company when searching online for the latest generation iPad, really pleased I found them. Checked out their reviews which were generally excellent. The cost was very competitive, lot cheaper than Amazon, also quoting next day delivery by DPD. Purchased on Sunday, arrived securely packaged on Tuesday. Dealing with Hannah Customer Services was helpful and efficient. Would certainly recommend this company & use them again.

Excellent service! Was a bit doubtful to buy from this company as I hadn’t heard of it before. I purchased an iPad 10th generation on Friday afternoon & it arrived securely packed via DPD. The iPad was brand new & considerably cheaper than other outlets. All in all an excellent transaction & I can highly recommend!

Needing a new iPad I found the one I wanted at a good price. From placing the order to delivery I was kept fully informed of progress by email and as promised it came the following day.

Bought a 27" HP conferencing PC monitor from these guys rather than off Amazon. Came quickly, good product (and they had added the right power cable), free shipping which I could track, and £20 off the Amazon price. Very happy.

The Lenovo Thinkvision 24"QHD monitor I purchased is very sharp and the colours are clear and bright. Great price and service, also tracked delivery and it arrived in two days. I would definitely recommended The IT Bay 😀
