Great first experience! Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and the item was with us on the Friday AM. Item was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Saved a fortune compared to other companies!

Having purchased quite a high end laptop from The IT Bay, I was already slightly impressed at the low prices they were offering their hardware for. Call me a pesimist, (realist!) but I was trying to find some sort of reason for their cheap prices, possibly refurbished machines or gray stock. Well, I pulled the trigger and purchased my machine. It arrived next working day, and the machine was brand new. Down to the seals on the packaging remaining untouched with all the security seals in place.

The machine is fantastic, with great delivery and price. And then I checked the warranty.... and it wasn't exactly the full 3 years as advertised. Part of me was relieved, this was probably the reason why the price was so cheap. I was happy to live with it, however I thought, there would be no harm in me firing off an email to customer services in querying the discrepancy in warranty lengths.

In record time, I received a reply from Hannah Armstrong, who politely explained the reason for the different warranty lengths, (which by the way was a perfectly reasonable explanation). She then went on to explain how to reset the warranty to start from the purchase/sale date on the manufacturer's website. She had a really comprehensive and clear word document that had easy to follow steps with screenshots.

Having followed her instructions, I found my warranty updated to reflect the time that was advertised on the item's description page.

I'm happy as I managed to get a great machine, at a great price, with great customer service. I'm just left confused, wondering what the catch is...

I ordered the laptop and it came by tracked delivery the next day.
The whole process was very smooth from start to finish with order updates emailed to me by both the company and courier.
The laptop was far cheaper than other competitors and worked perfectly on arrival.

I can thoroughly recommend this company indeed.

I needed to replace my company laptop 'cos I'm retiring and I'll need to hand it back. I spent weeks searching for the right machine .. believe me, I'm meticulous. So, I finally decide on a Lenovo model that had a good spec. Found The IT Bay had the best price. The equivalent Dell (direct from Dell) was twice the price. I started thinking 'What's the catch?'. So I paid with credit card. I had no reason to worry. The machine arrived 2 days later. Absolutely delighted with it! It's sleeker, faster, quieter than my old company laptop. I need to get my wife a new laptop some time soon. I know where I'll go.

Price was cheaper than its competitors. Was unsure but took the risk however I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered on the weekend and delivered next working day as promised. Was sent several emails from when order recieved, shipped with tracking number. A follow up email with an invoice was sent too. Overall great experience and will be looking at them for future purchases.

Purchased a very nice new Asus laptop at a significantly cheaper price than anywhere else. It was last years model but still good value for money and just what I wanted. It was with me the next day and yes, it was properly packaged and sealed as new. I registered it and had a query with the warranty. Hannah replied promptly and helped me with that. One very satisfied customer - thank you!

Product arrived super quick and the price was excellent. The supplied uk cable wasn't compatible with the docks power brick, luckily I have a load of kettle leads to hand so it didn't cause me any problems but something to be mindful of.

To be fair to IT bay the manufacturers shouldn't be so cheap and provide the UK cables themselves, I've had similar problems from other suppliers

Website was easy to use. Easy to find the monitor I was looking for, add it to my basket, checkout and pay. They communicated very well, through the chat app, and via email. They asked if they could help during the checkout process, sent order confirmation and with a VAT invoice. Monitor was delivered 2 days early, in secure packaging. And the monitor worked straight away out of the box. Would buy a monitor from them again. Best part was they were cheaper than amazon!

Greetings Folks, IT bay is a great company, with great staff who are very helpful and respectful. I bought a laptop 12 month ago, woke up one day and there was a bit locker on my system which i did not activate or have a number to. I tried everything, ask everyone for advice to open it, unsuccessfully. Finally i called IT bay and from the first word to the last, they understood, supported and solved the issue for my computer. I cannot recommend more highly. Good products, great support, wise tekkys, friendly, positive, if you don't believe me , try them , you wont be disappointed..
