I wanted a USB-C monitor and spotted one on The IT Bay. As they advertise, I received my order the next working day. On checking, I found that it was a slightly older model than advertised which didn't have the USB-C port. Within just a few hours of sending an email, I had the pleasure of speaking to Hannah, who explained what had happened. Hannah was an absolute star. She organised the return of the item I had been sent for the next day and quickly arranged for the correct model to arrive at a time I was available. Each day, she kept in contact with me to explain what was going on. Thank you Hannah and The IT Bay for the excellent service. As for the monitor I purchased, it's fantastic and was at a great price. I couldn't be happier. I'll certainly be shopping again at The IT Bay!

I ordered a 4k screen for my office.
It came really quickly. Good value.
It was missing the uk plug, I sent an email about it and helpful Hannah was on is straight away and it arrive first thing the next day. Top quality service and product offering.

The service I received from this company was fantastic from start to finish. I used the chat facility to ask a couple of questions regarding an item, each time the response was fast and efficient but with a nice human touch, a refreshing change from those awful chatbots! Ordering was simple, delivery quick and communication throughout was excellent. Microsoft advised I needed this item, unfortunately it didn’t fix the problem, which turned out to be something else. I contacted IT Bay to explain the situation, Hannah was great and took me through the whole returns process. The refund was in my bank account in less than a week of receipt. If more UK companies provided this level of service, life would be a lot easier. Well done IT Bay, I will definitely use you again and recommend to others.

I purchased a monitor for £372 which qualified for £18 cashback. This was declined via a cashback site and later explained that the merchant had refused it. I contacted IT Bay regarding this and they explained there had been a processing error and they agreed to offer the cashback directly. The response from customer service was prompt and I received a very fair outcome. I would feel confident ordering from The IT Bay in the future.
