Good website, excellent prices and quick delivery for my new monitor. Service from Help Desk was easy and quick.

Brilliant customer service. I ordered a laptop with a custom memory upgrade. There were delays because of the chip shortage, nothing IT Bay could do about it. What made the difference was the regular updates from Hannah Armstrong that kept me constantly informed on the progress. Superb support for the customer - before and crucially after the sale.

It was really easy to research different laptops I was interested in. All the specs were easy to find and compare. The prices were very good. I ordered at 3pm and I had received the laptop by 10.30am the next day. Really impressed with how well it was packaged and it is in perfect condition. I was browsing the site for a new laptop and the chat box that popped up (and I would normally ignore) was Jacob, confirming he was a real person. So I typed my enquiry in and he asked some really pertinent questions about what I needed it for and went away and put a quote together for me. The customer service was excellent, I was really pleased with the price and Jacob was so helpful. It was the perfect hybrid between online shopping and going into a physical shop. Really happy.

I purchased a couple monitors and a hub from The IT Bay for work. They despatched the items extremely quickly and everything arrived well packaged and in great new condition. Their customer service was extremely helpful in providing an invoice for my order. Will use them again in the future.

I ordered my Dell monitor from the IT Bay for a number of reasons. Primarily because of the level of detail in their listing; which answered all my questions, and secondly because the headline price displayed on my internet search included delivery. Unlike the vast majority of other retailers.

Furthermore I placed my order well after close of business on a Thursday evening, and the monitor was delivered early afternoon on the Saturday by DPD. It was well packaged in an outer carton that was filled with appropriate filling to protect the contents within, yet a number of the other retailers were happy to inform that should I order from them the monitor would arrive in the manufacturers original packaging. I’m not sure I’d want my new Dell monitor going through the delivery process both advertising its contents and susceptible to damage in transit.

As for the monitor itself, it has exceeded all of my expectations, and impressed a friend sufficiently that he intends to buy two! Suffice to say I have sent him a link to the IT Bay.

Super easy, quick service and price was great value. I ordered an Aruba AP and it came the next business day, will highly recommend to others!

Not very impressed overall. Bought a Lenovo X1 Fold, there are issues with speakers and with the screen. Advertised as 3 years on site Lenovo premier warranty but Lenovo said this is not the case. This is Depot warranty (their listings clearly state on site which is a difference maker.
I have spoken to Lenovo who have provided a DOA form to send over. When ask to send back for a replacement they advise that the stock belongs to a different supplier and therefore they cannot replace with the same item. This is although they are advertising 200 in stock.

Not a very pleasant transaction and disappointed with being miss-sold to and little support to put right.
