Will with my experience am really happy with the treatment I had have the people that work here are great at what they do plus the treatment I had really helps a lot for anybody that had really bad acne well this id the place got you also happy with my treatment results

The laser treatment clinic has been a God send. I discovered this clinic years ago and I’ve never looked back. Their service is outstanding, results are permanent staff is lovely. They’re always improving their skin care products and services ensuring you get the best for value for money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as an African woman I trust them with my skin care needs.

Amazing treatment , my scar at my neck is almost visible after 10 treatments .

Do not use for laser treatment!
My scarring now looks worse than before and the clinic have blamed me for the results.

I had to go into the clinic multiple times for the therapist to recite the same line to me to wait further to heal before giving me anymore treatment. My scarring looks much more red and noticeable and I am so angry about this.

My consultation was carried out by a receptionist I believe and I was asked to buy a course of laser treatments as it was a promotional offer. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere.

@Laser Treatment Clinic - please do not respond to this review with more excuses and blame as I have read other very recent online reviews that have cited the same problem.

Amazing Results from The Laser Treatment Clinic Derma White Herbal Peel and IPS Treatment for Scars, Discoloration, and Pigmentation

I cannot recommend The Laser Treatment Clinic enough. I have been suffering from large, raised scars and dark discoloration on my hands for years, which made me feel highly uncomfortable. After having a consultation at the clinic, I was advised to undergo the Derma White Herbal Peel and IPS treatment.

Even after just one session, I saw a great improvement. Now, having completed 3 sessions of the Derma White Peel and 6 sessions of the IPS treatment, the dark discoloration is completely gone, and the scars have leveled down and are almost invisible. My overall hands look fresher.

Seeing how great the Derma White Peel worked on my hands, I decided to have the same treatment on my face. In the past, I was guilty of using bleaching products, which caused side burns, redness, and pigmentation issues on my face. Thanks to the Derma White Herbal Peel, my facial skin tone has returned to its original state, and I no longer suffer from redness or a heating sensation.

Additionally, I was recommended some Derma White aftercare products, which have also helped improve my skin collagen.

Overall, the treatment at The Laser Treatment Clinic has dramatically improved my skin's appearance and boosted my confidence. The staff were professional and friendly throughout the process. I'm incredibly grateful and highly recommend their services to anyone experiencing similar skin issues.

I received the dermawhitr treatment for scarring and pigmentation

I reached out to laser treatment clinic and was contacted by a staff member who encouraged me to come in for a consultation. On the day of the consultation I was coerced to book an appointment then and there as there was a last minute booking available. I was incentivised to pay for multiple sessions upfront as it was cheaper. I was not prepared at all to have the treatment and they purposefully don’t reveal everything to not scare you away. I asked multiple times how painful the derma white treatment would be and was reassured every time that it wasn’t painful and only uncomfortable.

While the girls are lovely, the actual treatment experience was horrible, getting the treatment rubbed ontl you is generally the worst pain I’ve ever experienced and they describe it as a ‘massage’. It feels like torture and you are genuinely rubbed raw. The drive home after that was even worse and I couldn’t sleep from the pain.

I would have rather just been aware so I could have been mentally prepared myself. It also would be worth it if it worked but I’ve had a couple sessions now and have not noticed a difference. The therapists are now saying I need about 10 sessions which is frankly ridiculous considering the price and just feels like a cash grab.

They also definitely incentivise positive reviews from customers. I ran out of the free products they give and asked about getting some more. The girls admitted that I could get some more free ones if I was to leave a positive review… makes sense why there are so many.

Also I’m not sure that they have proper hygiene practices in place and clean down between each client properly. Every time I’ve been, the appointments are booked so closely to each other that people go into the room straight after each other that I can’t imagine much can be done - but this is just speculation.

Hello. Each skin type is different, so this is my own experience. I was lured into thinking that 3 months would get rid of my dark spots/marks (laser for hyperpigmentation once a month) and was convinced to continue and give it time. Costly long-term treatment did very little and further scarred some patches.
The team lacks empathy, kindness, and basic customer service. No feedback or review ever requested…
I absolutely dreaded every visit.
I do not recommend this place at all and would be distrustful of all claims around this type of laser.

I highly recommend this place! The staff are incredibly efficient, welcoming, and understanding. Adriana provided excellent care—she's friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable despite my nerves. Zahra was also very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Overall, the clinic is very professional and easy to reach. They're always happy to assist!

If you know what's best, do not book with LASER TREATMENT CLINIC. I had a consultation with Modjdeh (I'm pretty sure she's the one that does consultation there) who suggested diamond dermabrasion the best option for my keloid. Which would have worsened my keloid, as research shows Diamond dermabrasion is not suitable for keloids but rather for acne scars. This just goes to show she is not educated in what she does. She pressured me to sign an agreement and make payment on the same day. Which by reading reviews many people have experienced this. There were many red flags, so I decided to read reviews and research the treatment further that same day. After doing so, I opted not to proceed. The next morning, within the cooling-off period, I messaged them, explaining the treatment she put me forward for was not suitable for me and requesting my case be considered under the goodwill policy since I was only informed of the treatment on the day and also finding out dermabrasion is not for keloids. She declined, insisting on an admin fee for the consultation and correspondence. consultations are free and I never knew making a complaint cost. It's better to go elsewhere. The company is an absolute joke after going back and forth, they reduced the admin fee to £50 which I will be raising a chargeback for after going back and forth for about a week. If you are looking to get keloid treatment please go to a keloid specialist not this money hungry clinic. They will respond to this denying everything as they do with every negative comment , but book at your own risk. Please check all there bad reviews before you consider booking with these people.

I have had 6 Collagen induction treatments for my scar ,I have seen good progress,welcoming staff and lovely therapist Adriana.

I really had good service, I had derma white peel done here and I was very happy with the treatment it also improved my confidence,all staffs are quite helpful and understanding. Adriana is really cute and she has very gentle hand I am really happy with her service.

Laser treatment is my first time.
In fact, the staff have good communication and client relationships.
They assist and reassure client in the process of the procedure to allay fears and anxiety.
Time management is great.

I’ve had multiple sessions for RF microneedling at this clinic and I’ve had a great experience. The staff are very accommodating and helpful to my needs. I’ve also noticed a difference in the reduction of my acne scars, so the service definitely helped the look of my face!! Great service and experience!!

I was only here for a couple of months but my treatments were exceptional. I got RF microneedling with Dr. Sara for acne scarring and before my treatment she gave me a thorough explanation of what kind of procedure I’ll be getting. Even during the treatment she made me less nervous by asking me questions about my week. If I had more time in London I would definitely be coming back.
