Terrible aftercare - avoid Manchester Motor Company
Avoid this dealership - poor aftercare and worse communication
Two days after picking up the car and signing the finance agreement, the engine warning light came on. This was despite being assured at the point of sale that the vehicle was in good condition.
What followed was a drawn-out and frustrating process to get it sorted. Response times were slow throughout, and communication from Zack was particularly disappointing - promises made weren't followed through on. We eventually had our local garage inspect the fault, and they confirmed the problem was more serious than the dealership had originally suggested.
Between the initial assurances and the lack of follow-up since, we've lost all confidence in this dealer. We're now taking legal advice on next steps.
If you're in the market for a car, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere - Manchester Motor Company is not who they present themselves to be.
