This company is laser focused on great support. Companies can make great tools but without excellent support it doesn’t mean much. Andreea was great - responded promptly to our request and gave us the info we needed to proceed. We have been customers so long and it is because their support is top notch!

I've reached out for support about an issue with Themeisle's wonderful theme Neve which I've been using over the past years for my website. Rodica from the support team was extremly helpful. Not only did she respond very quickly within less than an hour but she also helped me solve my problem in a very simple and effective way. Great experience!

We use PPom Pro a very handy plugin. We experienced a few difficulties after implementating. We ask for support and got a very fast reply and solution.

A good product is one thing but the best thing is if you are facing some small issues it is the support of the company that matters!

Excellent support and lightning-speed response.

The organic traffic from Google tremendously decreased and I discovered it was because of Neve theme. After disabling all CSS, i discovered there were a duplicate footer at the bottom of my pages. I understood there was a different footer one for mobile and one for desktop. Consequently, some external links were hidden. For instance, on desktop, since the mobile footer was hidden, external links were hidden. Then in google search console, i discovered that the html mobile version of my website was different from the one delivered on desktops. There was only one footer in the mobile footer. So, in practice, I had a twitter and reddit links in the footer. So, on desktops, I had 2 twitter links & 2 reddit links. Two of them were hidden (mobile) and two of them where displayed (desktop).

I needed help with the format of a widget on the Zelle Pro theme. I contacted support and Rodica got back to me the next day with the perfect little snippet of CSS. It solved my problem first try. I'm VERY impressed with the service. I really didn't expect such good help. Thank you, Rodica. You're my hero!

So far I can say that the support is great! They responde within in less than an hour. On my opinion it´s was a great choice!

Great support you have a problem they solve it you want to change the theme your way they will create css codes exemplary work.

Themeisle has provided great themes, specially for WordPress. More than that, I like their customer service. They are great handling of a support ticket.

I needed technical support regarding updating to the Pro version of a theme as well as problems with my site not displaying properly. I was able to reach support in a relatively short period of time and they remained communicative as they helped me through my issue which involved a few emails back and forth.
