The MPG plugin is unstable, has poor UI/UX and the support is of poor quality and unprofessional. During the year I have been a paid customer I've had multiple issues with Themeisle's MPG plugin. During each interaction I had with their support, it seemed like their main goal was to put the responsibility back on me as a customer rather than a true effort to resolve an issue.

The MPG plugin is unstable and will randomly lose the data source that allows pages to be created, resulting in the pages returning a 404 error. This can be a very serious problem for a website.

Their support overall has been extremely poor and slow - it took them nearly 3 business days to even look at my most recent issue, and this is with me being on their "Business" plan which supposedly has the feature of "Priority Support". After a lengthy time to make any meaningful progress related to my issue, they then proceeded to begin making modifications to my MPG installation live on my website, without any communication or notification that they would be doing so. This easily could have caused major issues that would have been live on my website. This type of flippant attitude and approach is extremely unprofessional.

While I can only speak to using their MPG plugin, if the support I received is indicative of how their support operates overall I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

Had some serious issues posting due to Twittergedon. Themeisle was on top of it as soon as I reported the problem. Communication was clear and precise, I didn't have to guess at changes or updates. Revive Old Posts is a great product with even better support.

Mein! Fehler wurde sehr schnell behoben. Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach nur freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich werde Themeisle jedem weiterempfehlen.

Best WordPress theme ever.
As developers we have chosen Neve because it's very fast, besides it allows to programa our own hooks in order to customize, and since they have been added a bunch a hooks and a custom layouts manager we have save a lot of hours of coding.
Besides support is quite good and fast

Using Hestia Pro and Neve + Neve Pro Add-on since a few years now and find them all very handy.
I suddenly had an issue using Neve Pro with Polylang, where all pages had content duplicated multiple times and they fixed it by updating plugin.
I'd suggest Themisle to anyone

You add a footer to self-promote during an update without asking. Then you don't make it easy to change or remove. You claim Pro will allow this, but I already had pro and I guess you conveniently de-registered it to allow the branding. And now after re-entering my pro license it still is there and when I try to change it I get redirected to buy pro.

Sneaky and pathetic. AVOID THEMEISLE!

Na veel pogingen heb ik tenslotte een beroep gedaan op de support van Themeisle. (via mail, contactformulier) De volgende dag ontdekte ik (tot mijn verbazing) verschillende mailtjes met linken en tips. Het 2de mailtje was perfect . Alle stappen uitgevoerd zoals omschreven en probleem opgelost. Thx.

I am using the the fast and lightweight theme Neve by Themeisle which I love. Support was prompt to reply and had recommendations that assisted me in resolving my slider issue. I am sure it was some glitch associated with Otter but is was easy to resolve.

They have a great product and their service is always quick and helpful.
