We were first introduced to Lara when buying a new build, Lara was easy to communicate with and explained our option very clearly. When we decided to move again we contacted Lara and again received a quick response helping us to make some hypothetical decisions and then helped us to port our mortgage when it came time to move. We will always go back to Lara when it's time to renew our mortgage, we've found her advice and services invaluable and recommended her to our friends.

I discussed the issue with Louise and she immediately came up with the option we requested. She worked with us and the solicitors to try and meet the timeline requirements and supported us throughout. She reminded me of other considerations and helped direct me towards solutions. Excellent service throughout.

We have started our mortgage journey with Amberley, which sadly left. Kirstie reached out and we have to say that she has been incredible! Understanding, helpful, fast to respond…She was very supportive throughout the whole process not only regarding the mortgage. We could always reach out to her and know that everything will be sorted out.

It’s also important to note that we had our mortgage based on a PhD student stipend which is a very specific “salary” but nonetheless both Amberley and Kirstie could find appropriate lenders.

We had Anthony help us with everything, very helpful with all the stuff we needed to know and always kept us updated, highly recommend:)

Me and my partner are buying a house for the first time and had no idea what to expect, let alone what to do. I have to say, Elizabeth Garfitt has been nothing short of fantastic. Very informative and efficient. Always happy to answer any questions and has really helped put us as ease. No question ever felt too much too ask. Brilliant service!

We went with the Morgage brain, Anthony specifically, and he supported us to get a fantastic morgage rate. We had a tricky case, with one of us having bad credit and he managed to get us a better rate than we had been offered with any other broker. During the process, after we had accepted an offer, he then found a different morgage product which was better and with a better rate, which shows that he continued to work for us. Would reccomend!

Nothing to like, but not a lot to dislike either. The "service" is just pointless. He collected a heap of data from me and then suggested a product. I looked on the bank's website and found a better rate. He matched it. The bank updated their website with a better deal a few weeks later, I called him and he matched it again. He earned over £1000 for doing virtually nothing. The initial marketing was that he has a panel of secret and exclusive mortgage lenders and access to super rates that are not available to the general public, but I didn't see any evidence of this. I researched the mortgages, I chose the mortgage, he got paid. Very odd, but I guess I am the fool, as I am the one who should have said no, and my apathy earned him £1000. A very odd experience. I can't really mark it one or two stars, because I suppose he did nothing wrong, but I am still puzzled as to what service they think they're offering. My advice is just to go to the banks yourself, as I now have all my data logged with a third party for no benefit to me at all.

We used the mortgage brain to help us buy our first property and the process and support throughout was brilliant. Rhodri, from the mortgage brain, was always on hand to answer any queries we had and guided us through the process which was smooth and simple. He was in constant communication and went the extra mile to help us where he could! Thanks Rhodri! :)

Anthony Barr, our mortgage adviser, was brilliant! Our house sale / purchase was more drawn-out than most but he remained proactive and supportive throughout.

Our mortgage journey was made so easy and very straight forward with TMB. The assistant assigned to us, (Amie), was very informative and knowledgeable about all aspects of the mortgage process, (as we haven't a clue). She helped us so so much when choosing the right mortgage for us and our situation.
The 'after care' we have received, and will continue to receive, is another great addition to the service from The Mortgage Brain.

Found the company very helpful and easy to use. I got good explanation for the various products, and help is selecting the one I felt was suitable for my needs. There was no hard sell or push to take up something I didn't want, and all the pros and cons for each choice was discussed in length.

Really impressed with the Mortgage brain, excellent dealings, louise really was fantastic and worked so hard to secure us the best rate, Gary and Keith were also excellent fitting around us with times to organise insurances for the new property, i highly recommend this company great dealings the whole way through!
