We were recommended to use Rhodri as our mortgage advisor, and I’m pleased to say that both my partner and I were extremely satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Rhodri and Freya. The mortgage application process can often feel daunting, but the team at The Mortgage Brain made everything feel seamless and stress-free. We used a different mortgage advisor at first who sat about twiddling his thumbs, so we swapped to Mortgage Brain and Marcus met the challenge of getting our mortgage arranged two weeks before SDLT hike.
Our experience with Marcus was exeptional due to superb communication over the phone and email, second to none professionism in getting the right lender and fantastic customer service in meeting our needs. We used mortgage brain for the first time and they were incredible. Very supportive and helpful through the whole process and were easily contactable and were very pro active with their actions. We had the pleasure of dealing with Louise O for our mortgage and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. The service Louise offered was 10/10 and we couldn’t have got the good deal we did without her. She even worked on our mortgage over the weekends to make sure she got us over the line. We will for sure be using the mortgage brain again and can’t see ourselves ever going anywhere else. The service they offered was worthy of payment (it was a free service). If anyone is thinking of using the mortgage brain I highly recommend.

A process made smooth and easy!
As first time buyers we didn’t know where to start the process, I was recommended to speak to Rob Williams. He was fantastic from the get go, so patient with us! He explained everything to me in detail but in a way that I understood and was able to relay to my partner. Rob handled everything for us and it was really smooth, he was very transparent and I instantly felt at ease speaking to him. We used the mortgage brain for our life insurance also and this was also really smooth and Brendan Abreu was very helpful! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

The team have been extremely helpful. This was my first purchase and was a very new experience for me but they were professional and friendly throughout. Louise in particular was amazing throughout the process. Without Louise I am not sure how this process would have gone and she ensured everyone carried their duties swiftly. It was great to have her support and guidance!

I used them for buying our house and undoubtedly they are the Best. A year ago I connected with Tom in the beginning who helped me with MIP. I found a property and Tom went on paternity leave. You can understand my situation as I got worried if things got delayed. We were rushing to beat the stamp duty surge. But within no time Joe picked up things quickly. He helped me with updating the MIP and further down the line with a Mortgage offer. I kept him busy with lots of questions but Joe patiently helped me understand things. Even when we had just few days left for completion.
I would also thank him for connecting me with Sarah and Jamie who also helped me in setting up other insurances. I would definitely recommend Mortgage Brain.
