We worked with Rhodri and the team for our first mortgage and appreciated their clear communication and organised approach. The application was completed efficiently, and they made sure everything was submitted in advance of our holiday, which was very helpful. I would 100% recommend using The Mortgage Brain for anyone looking to move properties. Rob has been absolutely fantastic as my mortgage adviser, not only helping me with the mortgage itself but also the whole process of purchasing a property. He regularly kept me updated on how things were progressing and was always extremely good at communicating all important details when needed and checking in.
