Sellers suddenly not getting paid out

I have had a number of issues with this company over the years, but - as someone who has sold multiple items on their website - now I have sold an expensive item on their website and they never transferred the money (it has been months). They are not responding to emails and there is no contact number on which I can reach them. So I am left without the item, and without the money I was supposed to receive for it!
