Items not as advertised, a fabric I can’t wear, will not honor return policy as stated on website. I am cutting my losses and dumping at a thrifty store, and will never buy from them again..Learned my lesson.

This is an absolute garbage Chinese drop shipping scam. What you get is NOTHING like they picture it. Absolute trash. When I tried to return the clown clothes, it was "We'll give you 100% store credit, then 110%, then 150%..." I want NOTHING from them but my money back.

This is a scam company big time. Poorly made cheap off shore clothing, completely unwearable. Zero stars
Returns are not available with poor to nil communication
Will be disputing CC charge through my bank...this is the only way to recoup your payment09

Do not buy! The clothing is made in China and very bad quality. The so-called "100% return Guarantee" "easy returns within 30 days" is greeted with numerous emails offering a credit PERCENTAGE on their web site for a new item... None of the items are 100% cotton and they do not give a clear breakdown of the materials used. The address appears to be in Vancouver and when you actually dig your heels in and request a refund only - they give you an address in China and tell you to return the item at your expense using tracking in case it should be lost..... Having wasted time going back and forth with emails it is unlikely now that the item will reach China within then 30 day return period... A very unethical stalling tactic. BUYER BEWARE!

Scam, scam, scam!! Cancelled my order in less than 10 minutes, Emailed back and forth. Went from we caught it in time to oops, so sorry too late, nothing we can do!!! Very obviously set up as a drop ship scam. I looked at the reviews of the dress, everything looks legit. Should definitely have checked reviews on the company first. Every single bad thing that was said is 100% true!! Shame on The Northern Label.

The blouse I ordered did I not match the picture, the material was horrible and when it tried to return it I was given the runaround.

I thought I was ordering from a local company in BC when it was actually a bait and switch exporting cheap clothes from China. They provide pictures and descriptions of their clothing that do not match what you receive. Denim items had the “jean look” printed on them. I ordered a dress that was supposed to have a coordinating sweater come with ia knit sweater but I received a cheap & ugly polyester shirt in place of the sweater that did not look good. I spent $260.00 for garbage and when I tried to request a refund they gave me the run around for a bit then finally said I could return but had to send the package to china which would cost over $120.00 to return. If it was a Vancouver based company then why would I have to send the return to china - this is because it is not an honest company, they know the majority of the orders will be returned so Northern Label makes it very unappealing. The customer is forced to spend a large amount shipping the return to get a refund and will probably not follow through because you barely get any of your money back after you pay to ship the return. They are scammers and do not provide the products as described. Do not buy from this company, you’ll just be throwing money away.

The same night the clothing came I tried to return....and they wo would not let me..pretty sure I was talking with AI, responses were too quick. Would ONLY give me credit to rebuy or a 20% refund to card. I ended the talk with saying I would report them and that they were a scam. Their immediate reply was an offer of 10% back to my card..AI.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!

I was proud to support a Canadian company by purchasing from Northern Label. However they warehouse in China and are careful to give just enough information to make you think you are buying Canadian. You aren’t. You are buying from China. Returns are processed in China and customer service is deceptive by hiding information. Quality of dress received was poor with no labelling other than size.

I ordered a bra tank but when it came it was not the correct size and I didn't care for the fabric. The website says to return an item, contact the company and they will give you instructions do do a return & refund. I did so and then ensued 5 emails back from them offering a number of options for a credit or a % off my next order but even when pressed did I get an answer regarding the process to do a return. Extremely frustrating and highly unprofessional.

Very disappointed with the quality of their overalls. There are no fabric details to go with product description on the website. This item was a poly rayon blend. For a company that advertises themselves as Canadian their return policy requires customers to pay to ship items back to China in order to get a full refund.

I didn’t do my homework. Thought I was purchasing from a Canadian Boutique in Vancouver.
Instead watched my dress making its way from China. Dress is poorly made, green and purple pattern is stamped (?) onto a white base fabric, so the white inside is visible in a rear slit in the dress which is not shown on any of their photos. The cross over bodice is tight on one side and so loose on the other side that no amount of creative tying fixes it so not even wearable. Very poorly sewn. An expensive mistake that I won’t make again.

This is a complete scam. I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying. I purchased the black overalls with the white flower on them. The clothing is not Canadian made, its made in China. Its a cheap synthetic material, poorly contructed. Not like the photos used to sell the clothing. The legs were very baggy and not complimentary. I did try to get a refund and was told I would have to pay for shipping back to China plus the customs fee. More than what they are worth. They did offer me an additional discount of $15.00 which i took. I paid $54 for something worth $15. Do not purchase from this company.

I sent an email to the northern label as per their policy to return the dress and have never heard back.

I sure wish I had read these reviews! The products look so lovely and I got sucked in to the "Canadian" thing. I couldn't even track my package early on, probably because they didn't want me to see that it was coming from Asia! When I was finally able to track it, the parcel was coming from Mississauga, not BC as I had thought. These 2 women should be ashamed of themselves selling this shit! The colours (other than the black one) were not close to the colours shown, and I actually got 2 of the same one instead of the 2 shades of green. But the SIZING!!! OMG. I shop online and in stores and comfortably fit a 2X and sometimes even a 1 X. My purchases were about a size 10-12!! The dress I orders buttoned up the front and I had a 6-8-inch gap between the buttons and the holes! The tanks with bra support were just awful. Even if it was the right size, the boobs are not even close to where adult women's boobs are located! And they were a thin, cheap fabric that had no stitching around the neck, armholes or bottom. I am so mad at myself for assuming this was a good Canadian company!! They should be shut down!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of ladies overalls. They are absolute garbage. Temu sells the exact same ones, likely from the same offshore location, and charges half the amount.
Not a Canadian company at all, only in name.
Returns are next to impossible as you have to back to Asia at your own expense. How is that Canadian?

I ordered from Northern Label under the impression that it was a local Canadian boutique. Unfortunately, the shopping experience did not align with those expectations.While the website advertised a shipping timeline of 7 to 14 days, my order took 21 days to arrive. When following the tracking information, I discovered the items were actually shipping from an offshore facility rather than within Canada. Upon arrival, I was disappointed with both the fabric quality and the inaccurate sizing of the two pairs of women's overalls that I ordered. I later found the exact same overalls listed on Temu for less than half the price.When I reached out to customer service to initiate a return, they responded quickly. However, I learned that returning the items for a full refund required shipping them back to an Asian warehouse at my own expense, which comes with potential brokerage fees. Because the shipping costs would eat up more than half of my refund, this was not a viable option.To their credit, customer service was helpful in offering an alternative. They provided a 30% partial refund and allowed me to keep the garments, which I will now be donating to a local charity. While the support team was polite and responsive, I would advise other shoppers who specifically want to support true Canadian businesses to look elsewhere.
