Pipercross sorted delivery problem so I am well happy,filter is in car many thanks.

I was kept well informed of delay due to manufacturing. Parcel came after a week of ordering and was Well packaged.

Shame about the service.

Ordered filter on 28 May, arrived on 24 June. Was only dispatched day after I opened a PayPal case and then delivery next day. Chased up several times In the interim but had no response.

Product itself looks ok, good packaging and fit well in my Mk7.5 Golf. Don’t know about performance or durability yet as just fit it.

3 stars felt about right albeit being kind...

Update, filter been in car for over a month now, car feels/ sounds very slightly different/ better. No complaints.

Further update; now about 9/10 months after installing the filter I took it out to clean it and it’s starting to fall apart. The foam has come away from the rubber surround! Dropped a Star!

Great company and amazing quality products have been using Piper Cross products last 20 years through a reseller local to me. due to covid19 I bought direct from Pipercross shop and will never look back I now talk my service customers into buying as the prices are so competitive comparing to OEM and The huge plus every 18/20 k miles few quid cleaning kit and as good as new Good for winning Good For environment.

Only bought from them once, so reluctant to give them a 5th star at this stage. Website clearly laid out, car model search worked well, found new air filter easily - free postage this month = bonus - easy to set yourself up as a new customer, ordering process straightforward, got an email telling me filter was out for dispatch within half a working day. You can clean / recondition the filter rather than buy an entirely new replacement. What’s not to like?

Product as described, good delivery time and filter already oiled so just allow to dry and fit. no more to say just buy one.

Delivery was very fast, the panel filter that I have fitted to my R56 Mini Cooper S has increased the induction sound and turbo noise. Very happy with the service and product.
